    (Elfitra, 2023-07) A, Dedy Setiawan
This article discusses to optimize the assignment of unbalanced workloads with multiple job assignments using the Dhouib-Matrix-AP2 method. Unbalanced as- signment issues often occur in various fields, leading to workload imbalances and decreased productivity. The Dhouib-Matrix-AP2 method combines the Dhouib ma- trix and the AP2 linear programming algorithm to find optimal solutions. This research analyzes unbalanced assignment data and applies the Dhouib-Matrix-AP2 method to optimize the assignments. The results of the study demonstrate that this method successfully balances workloads, considers worker preferences, and provides time efficiency benefits in assignment decision-making. This research contributes to the field of human resource management and can assist organizations in various fields to enhance productivity and job quality.
