    PELAKSANAAN KOORDINASI PROGRAM NASIONAL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT (PNPM) MANDIRI DI DESA KEPENUHAN RAYA KECAMATAN KEPENUHAN KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

    This study aims to look the implementation of a national program coordinated community development in rural Kepenuhan Raya. This descriptive qualitative research where data collection is done with a snowballing sampling technique. The result showed that coordinating by a sub-unit management activities Kepenuhan and Kepenuhan Raya Village implementation team activities that become an extention of the management unit activity Kepenuhan is maximal. It is supported and proved the maximum liability of the implementation team Kepenuhan Raya Village activities in the implementation of the national program of national empowerment. Responsibility for implementing tem-related activities such Kepenuhan Raya Village on the reports carried on any activities that are well coordinated. It proved with no Implementation team Kepenuhan Raya in the given village activities sanctioned by the management unit activity sub Kepenuhan.
