    Pelaksanaan Pengawasan Penambangan Emas Tanpa Izin di Kecamatan Hulu Kuantan, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

    Research aims is to knows how supervising in illegal gold mining works and which factors is influence in supervise illegal gold mining in Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. A concept of theory that researcher use is supervising theory by Manullang and Bohari. Acording to the theory there are some kinds and supervising technique that is needs to be done in supervising. Researcher will be repressive supervising with indicators to decide counting (standard), judgement, and maintenance entorce. This research will used descriptive qualitative research method that analyze for in details based on the fact that comes out in field, then data presented can be desakripsi from interview and observation conclution. Research result shows that supervising in illegal gold mining in Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency works by Tim Terpadu PETI Kuantan Singingi is not worked yet. There are some lacks in standarzation, judgement and maintenance which not maximal. It because of some factors that influence supervising it self.
