Providing assistance to underprivileged families is carried out by collecting data for each family head according to the type of assistance provided. In every village and area there are many offers of assistance to every underprivileged population who live in the area, one of the assistanceoffered by the Padang Sawah villages is the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance. So it is very possible to make a decision support system for determining assistance for underprivileged families using the web-based topsis method. This system is designed using UML diagrams, making the system using the PHP programming language and database. The results system had managed data on family heads, and processed data on prospective beneficiaries counted and reported on the number of candidates accepted and rejected. The final results of the topsis calculation used 316 experimental data on the system was a rank sorted by the value of each alternative and the largest to the smallest value, where there are several potential beneficiaries who got the highest score and some are rejected because they had the lowest score. The results values depend on whether the specified conditions are met or not.
