    PREVALENSI DAN JENIS-JENIS ENDOPARASIT IKAN YANG DITANGKAP DI SUNGAI PEMATANG IBUL KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR

    Rokan Hilir Regency is one of regency in Riau Province which has high various types of fish. The type of endoparasites in Rokan Hilir has never been reported investigated nor identified. This study aimed to identify fish species in Pematang Ibul river, Rokan Hilir. The study was conducted from December to February 2015, using survey method. A total of 47 fish samples from eight fish species was observed using a light microscope. The results identified two families of endoparasites in the gastrointestinal tract i.e.Strongyloididae (4.2%) and Anoplocephalidae (6.2%). The total prevalence of endoparasites was 10.63% and categorized to Often. The intensity value of each parasites family were 1 for both Strongyloidide and Anoplocephalidae. The Prevalence of Cork fish and Bujuk fish were (50%) and (100%), respectively. The prevalence Value of infected fish organ was 60% in gastric and 40% in intestine, while the intensity of the infected fish organs in the stomach was 0.6 and the intestinal organs was 0.4.
