    Effect of Motivation, Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture Against Employee Performance Production Department PT. Sustainable Bumipalma Persada District Indragiri Hilir

    The research was conducted on employees of the production department PT. bumipalma sustainable persada Indragiri downstream districts in order to analyze the influence of motivational variables, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance production departments PT. Sustainable Bumipalma Persada Indragiri Hilir district. Sampling was done by the method of census or a sample saturated sample 75 people as respondents, the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative data analysis carried out simultaneously and partial (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (Test F), indicating that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee performance variables. Partial regression test (t test) showed that motivational variables more significant effect on the performance of the production department employees of PT. Sustainable Bumipalma Persada Indragiri Hilir district. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable of 72.0%, this means that the motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline jointly affect employee performance variable with the percentage of 72.0%. While 28.0%, affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. Thus, we can conclude that the variable motivation, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the production department employees of PT. Bumipalma Lestari Persada Indragiri Hilir district Additionally, work motivation variable is a variable which affects the performance of the employees, when compared with variable organizational culture and work discipline
