    The Analysis Of Mortages Demand Griya Utama At PT Bank Tabungan Negara Sudirman Branch in Pekanbaru

    The research is conducted by PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Sudirman Branch in Pekanbaru City. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the demand on mortages at PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Sudirman Branch in Pekanbaru, to analyze the influence of income, customer service, interest rate and term of the mortage demand and to determine the factors that most effect the mortages demand, Griya Utama at PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Sudirman Branch in Pekanbaru. The research use descriptive analysis method. The sample in this study is the customers who use the product mortages at PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Sudirman Branch in Pekanbaru, as much as 42 person mortgage using purposive sampling. The result os survey is to reveal that customer service factor is the most influential factor in mortgage demands at PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Sudirman Branch in Pekanbaru.
