Pyrazole is secondary metabolites of the alkaloid group with five atom in heterocyclic ring, consist of three carbon atoms and two nitrogen atoms. Pyrazole have various biological activities, such as antimicrobial, anticancer, antimalarial and antipiuretic. This research is implemented to synthesize pyrazole compound 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(3- methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-pirazole (TFP-4Cl-3OMe) and toxicity test for the compounds. A pyrazole compound TFP-4Cl-3OMe was synthesized by heating method with reflux. The structure of the compound was identified by UV spectroscopy, FTIR, NMR, and HRMS analyzed. The yield obtained from the synthesis of TFP-4Cl-3OMe compound was 32,4%. Toxicity test of TFP-4Cl-3OMe compound were determined by the BSLT method using shrimp larvae (Artemia salina Leach). LC50 values of compounds TFP-4Cl-3OMe were 78,34 μg/mL /< 200 μg/mL, it can be concluded are toxic and can be further pharmacologically tested
