GREEN SINTESIS NANOPARTIKEL PERAK DENGAN BANTUAN PEREDUKSI EKSTRAK BUAH SIRSAK (ANNONA MURICATA LINN): KARAKTERISASI OPTIK DAN MORFOLOGI
(2021-02) Azizah, Siti Nor; Yanuar, Yanuar
Silver nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized based on Annona muricata fruit extract. The silver nanoparticle has been synthesis started by mixing with the solution of Annona muricata fruit extract (50 g/L) and AgNO3 (0,01 M) with a volume variation of 10:30 (ml) using the reduction method. The optical characterization includes a UV-Vis spectrophotometer to observe the silver nanoparticle optical properties and Scanning Electron Microscope to determine the morphology and grain size distribution of the nanoparticles. Synthesis of silver nanoparticles based Annona muricata fruit extract using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer resulted in a peak absorbance of Surface Plasmon Resonance at a wavelength of 427 nm. Scanning Electron Microscope characterization results showed that the size of silver nanoparticles was about 19 nm to 53 nm with spherical morphology
