    GAMBARAN KLUSIS HIPERMETROP PADA PASIEN DEWASA DI POLIKLINIK MATA R^UD ARIFIN ACHMAD PEKANBARU PERIODE 1 JANUARI - 31 DESEMBER 2009

    Hipermetrop is the second biggest refraction disparity after miop. This disparity is giving a high influence in someone activity of life because of the dominant use of eyes. Purpose of this research is to know hipermetrop clinical description of patients at Eye-Clinic of Arifln Achmad General Hospital Pekanbaru, period 1"' January - 31'' December 2009. The result of this research is about 2023 patients that visited Eye-Clinic of Arifin Achmad General Hospital Pekanbaru, 156 is hipermetrop positive. Base on the age, the most dominant is 45-54 (45,51%) years old, and the lowest is age 15-24 (0,64%) years old The number of women patients (60,90%) is more than men patients (39,10%). Base on eye's vision, highest frequent in both eyes (right and left) is <6/60. Base on education level, the most patients was graduated from senior high school (39,74%), and the lowest frequent is graduated from elementary school (15,54%). Base on their affiliation civil servant is the highest frequent (33,33%).
