Item EFEK EKSTRAK ALAMI DAUN PELAWAN TERHADAP KADAR UREUM PADA Rattus norvegicus Berkenhout, 1769 YANG MENGALAMI UROLITIASIS(2017-01-09) Misrina; Titrawani; Chahyadi, EnnieUrea is toxic in blood. Increased level of urea in blood is one indicator of renal disfunction, one of which is caused by urolithiasis. Urolithiasis treatment with surgery and high-power laser is expensive and has high risk of re-formed kidney stones, so many people turn to use alternative medicine such as herbal medicine. Pelawan (Tristaniopsis obovata R.Br) is one of the plants that have good effectiveness in disintegration of kidney stones. This study was conducted using Complete Random Design (CRD), composed of 3 treatments with 3 replications: (P0) control group, (P1) which was given inducer consisted of ethylene glycol 0.75% and ammonium chloride 0.2%, (P2) which was given inducer and extract of pelawan leaf dose 100 mg/kg. Data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed extract of pelawan leaf with a dose of 100 mg/kg body weight did not differ significantly (α> 0.05), but it was able to reduce level of urea from (P1) 45,04mg/dl to (P2) 23,46 mg/dl.Item Efek Ekstrak Etanol Daun Pelawan (Tristanlopsis Obovatar.Br)Terhadap Organ Uterus Ovarium Dan Kondisi Darah Tikus Betina Setelah Melahirkan(wahyu sari yeni, 2017-07-22) Titrawani; Chahyadi, Ennie; Mahatma, RadithDaun pelawan merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai obat tradisional. Namun, tanaman ini masih sedikit dimanfaatkan sebagai tanaman obat. Hal ini dikarenakan belum banyak penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam potensi tanaman pelawan sebagai tanaman obat. Hasil uji molekul fitokimia tanaman ini mengandung senyawa falvonoid, terpenoid, tanin, dan saponin. Kandungan senyawa flavonoid diketahui dapat mempengaruhi reproduksi pada tikus bunting. Informasi mengenai efek penggunaan obat herbal dalam penyembuhan suatu penyakit belum banyak dikaji, khususnya ekstrak daun pelawan dalam proses peneyembuhan pasca melahirkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengkaji efek ekstrak etanol daun pelawan (Tristaniopsis obovata R.Br) terhadap organ uterus, ovarium dan kondisi darah tikus betina setelah melahirkan. Penelitia bersifat eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri atas 2 perlakuan. Setiap perlakuan terdiri atas 15 ulangan. Penelitian membuat ekstrak etanol dau pelawan dengan cara pembuatan simplisia dan pembuatan ekstrak etanol. Tiga puluh ekor tikus betina diadaptasikan terlebih dahulu dalam kandang individu. Tikus ditempatkan dalam kandang berukuran 34 x 25 x 12 cm per ekor yang beralaskan sekam dan bertutupkan kawat. Tikus diberi makan secara teratur dengan kebutuhan diet yang terjaga (feed intake diamsumsikan sama), minum ad libitum, dan ditempatkan pada ruangan dengan pencahayaaan selam 12 jam (06.00-18.00), suhu ruangan 20-25oC dengan kelembapan relatif 40-50% sebagai kondisi umumnya. Proses pembuntingan adalah tikus jantan dan betina dimasukkan ke dalam satu kandang. Proses perkawinan biasanya terjadi malam hari. Hewan percobaan terdiri dari 30 ekor tikus betina bunting yang dibagi dalam 2 kelompok perlakuan yaitu control (KK) dan kelompok perlakuan ekstrak etanol daun pelawan (KP). Masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 15 ekor tikus bunting. Kemudian setiap kelompok perlakuan dibagi lagi menjadi 3 waktu pengambilan sampel yaitu pada hari ke 3 postpartus, hari ke 5 postpartus, dan hari ke 7 pospartus (Roosita et al 2003). Kemudian dilakukan pembedahan untuk megambil uterusnya. Selanjutnya dibuat preparat uterus ovarium dengan bahan fiksatif berupa larutan Bouins dan pewarnaan dengan Hematoxylin dan eosin (Humason 1967). Sedang kondisi darah dihitung jumlah eritrosit, leukosit dan Hematokritnya. Perlakuan dengan pemberian ekstrak etanol daun pelawan pada tikus betina postpartus ternyata menyebabkan perubahan struktur jaringan uterus, terutama pada lapisan endometrium, walaupun dengan uji sidik ragam Anova tidak terjadi perbedaan signifikan. Diduga, kandungan ekstrak etanol daun pelawan yang mengandung steroid mempengaruhi produksi hormon reproduksi tikus betina yaitu hormon estrogen yang menyebabkan proses pemulihan lapisan endometrium lebih cepat. Dengan pemberian ekstrak etanol daun pelawan ternyata dapat memicu perkembangan folikel pada ovarium. Hal ini kemungkinan senyawa steroid yang dikandung ekstrak etanol daun pelawan yang mempengaruhi produksi FSH dan LH yang akan mamicu perkembangan sel-sel folikel di ovarium. Jumlah total eritrosit pada perlakuan menurun jika dibandingkan dengan kontrol, kemungkinan tikus megalami penyakit anemia. Tetapi pada perlakuan ekstrak hari ke tujuh setelah melahirkan jumlah eritrositnya meningkat. Jumlah total leukosit pada perlakuan hari ketiga dan keempat juga menurun jika dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Sedangkan pada perlakuan hari ketujuh yang diberi ekstrak etanol daun pelawan jumlah leukositnya mengalami peningkatan. Jumlah hematokrit dan leukokrit terjadi penurunan dan jenis sel leukosit yang banyak ditemukan yaitu monosit dan limfosit. Peningkatan jumlah sel darah tersebut diduga akibat pengaruh kandungan yang ada pada ekstrak etanol daun pelawan yang dapat membantu proses pembentukan sel-sel darahItem INVENTARISASI KUMBANG ANTENA PANJANG (CERAMBYCIDAE: LAMIINAE) PADA TIGA TIPE LAHAN DI KECAMATAN BATANG CENAKU, KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU, RIAU(Elfitra, 2023-01) Fatmawati, Fatmawati; Chahyadi, Ennie; Fahri, FahriIndragiri Hulu Regency is an area with highly heterogenous vegetation. Diversity of the habitat can influence the diversity of species living within the area. Recently there is no information or research data on long-antennae beetles (Cerambycidae: Lamiinae) which are found in several types of land in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau. This study aimed to invent the long antenna beetle (Cerambycidae: Lamiinae) in three types of land in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau. The method used was Artocarpus traps with collection days on the 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th, 20th and 24th days. Sampling areas were rubber plantation, oil palm plantation, and acacia plantation fields. The long-antennae beetles obtained were then preserved and identified. Characteristics of the long-antennae beetles observed were the head, thorax and abdomen. The results obtained from sampling the long-antennae beetles on three types of land in Batang Cenaku District, Indragri Hulu Regency, Riau, were two tribes, three genera, five species and 126 individual long-antennae beetles of the Lamiinae Subfamily. The two tribes were Lamiini and Pteropliini tribes. The highest number of individuals were found in acacia field (112 individuals).Item INVENTARISASI KUPU-KUPU RHOPALOCERA (LEPIDOPTERA) DI KAWASAN HUTAN SILOKEK SIJUNJUNG SUMATERA BARAT.(Elfitra, 2023-01) Silvia, Dinda; Chahyadi, EnnieForest area in Nagari Silokek is a natural forest that holds natural beauty and has a relatively high diversity of butterflies. This forest area has a lot type of habitat resulting in various butterfly species. This study aimed to identify and invent the butterflies of the Sub Order Rhopalocera based on morphological characters in Silokek Sijunjung forest in West Sumatera. The study used exploration method by direct capture using an insect net. We observed head, chest, legs, abdomen and wings of butterfly samples. The results obtained 26 species from 83 individuals. The number of species and individuals of Rhopalocera butterflies was dominated by Nymphalidae family. The varied morphological characters of butterflies were found in the antennae, color of chest, abdomen and legs. The key characters were found on color patterns of wing (spotted, eyespot, plain, and color bands) and shape of the edges at lower wing and the tip of the upper wing.Item KARAKTER MORFOLOGI SERANGGA Lamiinae (Apomecynini) DI DESA KEMUNING MUDA KABUPATEN SIAK PROVINSI RIAU(2020-09) Wulandari, Rahayu; Chahyadi, EnnieOne of Indonesia’s riches is the biodiversity of fauna from the insect class in the order of beetles. The largest family of beetles that can be found in various habitats is the family Cerambycidae, subfamily Lamiinae. Lamiinae is the most common subfamily found in several forest areas in Indonesia that have high heterogeneity, one of which is in Siak District. This study aimed to determine the morphological characteristics of Lamiinae insects (Apomecynini) in several different lands in Kemuning Muda Village Siak Regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted using Artocarpus traps. The samples were collected and then taken to the laboratory for the identification process based on morphological characteristics such as head, chest, stomach and body. The results showed that there were 4 individuals consisting of two species each, namely Ropica marmorata and Sybra borneotica. The subfamily Lamiinae (Apomecynini) beetle species in the village of Kemuning Muda had varied morphological characteristics such as antenna length, elytra color and elytra tipsItem KARAKTERISASI Scotinophara alegria DI PERSAWAHAN KELURAHAN TANAH GARAM, KOTA SOLOK SUMATERA BARAT(Elfitra, 2021-12) Ridha, Irsyad; Chahyadi, EnnieScotinophara alegria, a rice black bug is one of the insects that like to slurp rice plants. These insects slurp rice plants in the vegetative phase and interfere with the growth of rice plants. This study aimed to determine the character of Scotinophara alegria in the vegetative phase of rice fields in Tanah Garam Sub-district, Solok City, West Sumatra. This research used a sampling method using light traps at night. Characteristics of Scotinophara alegria were observed morphologically using a microscope. The results showed that at least Scotinophara alegria was found because they preferred rice plants with the ratoon system. Decreased air temperature and humidity factors inhibited the activity of Scotinophara alegria. The morphological characteristics of Scotinophara alegria were the distance between ocelli was 1,84 times more than the length of the compound eyes, five closed marginal cells on the forewing character, and letter V-shaped of abdomen tergite X.Item POLA LINGKARAN PERTUMBUHAN OTOLITH PADA IKAN BELIDA (Notopterus notopterus Pallas, 1769) DARI SUNGAI SAIL DAN SUNGAI KAMPAR KIRI PROVINSI RIAU(Elfitra, 2021-12) Mairina, Siti Aminah; Chahyadi, Ennie; Windarti, WindartiThe Sail River and Kampar Kiri River have different ecosystem characteristics that affect the growth of fish living in those area. The growth pattern may be reflected in the otolith’s growth ring pattern. This research aimed to understand the growth pattern present in the otilith of Notopters notopterus. The fish was captured using a cast net and fishing nets. Fifty five fishes were captured (25 fishes from the River Sail and 30 fishes from Kampar Kiri River). The otolith growth and its ring pattern were checked using a binocular microscope. Results shows that dark growth ring pattern in the fish from the Sail River and Kampar Kiri River had almost the same number of dark ring. Water quality in the sampling area was observed to be good and it might be sufficent to support the life of N. notopterus.Item VARIASI MORFOMETRIK Fejervarya cancrivora Gravenhorst (1829) DI KAWASAN UNIVERSITAS RIAU(2017-01-03) Ardila, Misna Zaira; Titrawani; Chahyadi, EnnieFejervarya cancrivora dijumpai pada areal persawahan, parit, dan rawa-rawa bakau Perbedaan lokasi ini diduga akan mempengaruhi morfologi F. cancrivora. Penelitian tentang Variasi morfometrik F. cancrivora ini dilakukan di Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji variasi morfologi yang meliputi pengukuran morfometrik dari F. cancrivora di kawasan Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2015 – Januari 2016. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 ekor. Hasil uji T karakter morfometrik didapatkan hasil yang berbeda nyata yaitu, PB, PK, LK, JMT, JMMD, PMD, PKB, PF, PMTJ4, PTJ4, PM, JHT, JMHi, PaB, PT, PJ1KD, PJ4KB, PJ1KB. F. cancrivora betina di Universitas Riau memiliki korelasi sedang (PMTJ4), dan korelasi sangat lemah (PK). F. cancrivora jantan memiliki korelasi sedang (PK), korelasi lemah (JMT), dan korelasi sangat lemah (Pab). Kesimpulan penelitian ini didapatkan 18 karakter morfometrik F. cancrivora yang berbeda nyata.
