    GAMBARAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI NARAPIDANA ANAK DI POLIKLINIK LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KLAS II B PEKANBARU

    Juvenile delinquents as vulnerable groups need special attention in obtaining their optimal health. Inside the correctional institution, the realm of health handling cannot be disregarded, in order to keep good physical and mental condition among the juvenile delinquents. The aim of this research was to observe the description of health care for juvenile delinquent in polyclinic of correctional institution class II B Pekanbaru. This research used descriptive quantitative approach through inmate perception questionnaires about health care in polyclinic and qualitative approach through SWOT analysis on the health stakeholders. The results of this research described that the five dimensions of service quality were good enough, which were only 3 (three) of 16 (sixteen) items stated unsatisfied by the inmates. There were the availability of brochures, pictures or pamphlets that explain dangers of diseases, regular health checks, and also the alertness of officers to came to the blocks if there were sick inmates. In SWOT analysis, early screening on every new entry inmates was a strength, but the number of health personnel and facilities were remained as weaknesses. Health counseling for inmates was an opportunity while overcapacity was still a threat in polyclinic health care.
