    GAMBARAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN POLIKLINIK LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KLAS II A PEKANBARU

    Abstract Prisoner as other community members have the same rights as other people in obtaining optimal health. Inside the prison, the realm of health handling cannot be disregarded, it’s for all prisoner always be in good condition and good physics. The aim of this research was to see health service care for prisoners and to analys health service by SWOT analysis in Prison II Class A Pekanbaru. This research method used descriptive quantitative approach through questionnaires inmate perceptions about the quality of health care through polyclinic and qualitative approaches SWOT analysis on health care polyclinic. The results of the five dimensions of service quality were good enough, which is only 3 (three) of 16 (sixteen) items that otherwise were not satisfied by the prisoner, the conditions of the room clinic, regular health checks, the alertness of officers came to the block if there are sick prisioner . In the SWOT analysis, procurement of medicines was a strength, but the number of health personnel and facilities remains a weakness. Health counseling for inmates an opportunity while overcapacity are still a threat in the health care polyclinic.
