Item ANALISA PENGARUH KOMPOSISI TERHADAP MIKROSTRUKTUR BAHAN FERROELEKTRIK BARIUM STRONTIUM TITANAT DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY(2016-02-01) Purnami, Ni Wayan Enik; Dewi, Rahmi; KrismanThe sample of material BST shaped pellets has been conducted experimently by blending material BaCO3, SrCO3 and TiO2 with comparison of composition Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3, Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 and Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3 as many as three sample. Each sample was annealed with temperature at 700oC for 60 minutes and then characterized using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) in order to identify grain size and density of the sample. The results showed that the physical form of microstructure BST material that is shaped approaching circular size with various grain size and density. Material Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3, Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 and Ba0.9Sr0.1 annealed at temperature 700oC for 60 minutes have an average grain size of each 263,15 nm, 238,09 nm and 208,83 nm and density of particle is 4.36%, 4,53% and 4,77% respectively. Then the increment of Strontium caused grain size is bigger and density is smaller.Item ANALISA VARIASI WAKTU TAHAN PROSES ANNEALING FILM TIPIS BARIUM ZIRKONIUM TITANAT BaZr0,5Ti0,5O3 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KARAKTERISASI SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY (SEM)(Elfitra, 2022-01) S, Elviana; Dewi, RahmiThe thin layer of Barium Zirconium Titanate (BZT) has been successfully fabricated on an FTO substrate using sol-gel method and growing with spin coating. The thin films were annealed at 700oC for 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. Characterization of the thin films was carried out using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to determine their grain size and thickness. The results of SEM photographs analysis showed that the average grain sizes for annealing times of 30; 60; 90; and 120 minutes, respectively, is 130.181 ± 36.117 nm; 185.918 ± 58.303; 240.414 ± 73.750 nm; and 256.765 ± 64.569 nm and the average thicknesses is 597.241 ± 89.967 nm, 565.975 ± 77.626 nm, 513.537 ± 69.534 nm; and 440.076 ± 65.576 nm. The data obtained indicate that the grain size of the BZT layer increases with the widening of the grain diameter due to the diffusion process. The BZT elements are more compressed and the solvent that is still trapped is reduced due to the longer holding time in the annealing process, causing the reduction of the layer thickness.Item FABRIKASI DAN KARAKTERISASI Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROSKOPI IMPEDANSI(2016-02-01) Fahrian, Fiki; Dewi, Rahmi; ZulkarnainThis paper investigates a thin film Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) with compositions of Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3 by using sol-gel method and it has been annealed at a temperature of 600oC and 650oC in order to get a crystalline structure of BST. BST thin film of the compositions was characterized by using Field Emission Scanning Microscopy (FESEM) and Impedance Spectroscopy. The FESEM showed the thickness of the sample at temperature of 600oC and 650oC were 178.8 nm and 185 nm, respectively. The results of impedance spectroscopy measure were a real impedance (Z’) and imaginer impedance (Z”). The impedance spectroscopy analysis resulted real impedance and imaginer impedance that showed the area between the interface of sample. The greater frequency, the smaller complex capacitance and dielectric constant and vice versa. The greater annealing temperature, the greater complex capacitance and the dielectric constant. The result of complex capacitance and dielectric constant at a temperature of 650oC were 7.01x10-4 F and 1.57x10-3.Item FABRIKASI FILM TIPIS BARIUM ZIRKONIUM TITANAT BaZrxTi(1-x)O3 MENGGUNAKAN METODE SOL GEL DENGAN KARAKTERISASI DIFRAKSI SINAR X(perpustakaan UR, 2021-07) Ramadhani, Dhea Ayu; Dewi, RahmiA thin film of Barium Zirkonium Titanat (BZT) was deposited by using sol-gel method at glass substrate on 600℃ and 650℃ temperature. A thin film of BZT was characterized by using X-Ray Diffraction for observing the crystal structure, lattice parameter and crystal size. According to analysis result shows the crystal structure is tetragone with a=b=3,90 Å dan c=3,95 Å lattice parameter for BaZr0,7Ti0,3O3, and a=b=3,85 Å dan c=3,90 Å for BaZr0,75Ti0,25O3. The crystal structure for BaZr0,7Ti0,3O3 dan BaZr0,75Ti0,25O3 on 600℃ and 650℃ respectively are 26.17 nm, 27.97 nm, 28.95 nm dan 31.06 nm. The crystal size is increasing by increasing temperature, yet deacrease by decreasing composition.Item KARAKTERISASI BAHAN FEROELEKTRIK STRONTIUM TITANAT (SrTiO3) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN X- RAY DIFFRACTION(2013-03-05) Susilawati; Dewi, Rahmi; KrismanFerroelectric material Strontium Carbonate (SrCO3) has been made with the comparison of 1:1 from chemical reaction of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2). The pellet was anneled with the temperature of 700oC and then characterized using XRD. The XRD result of SrTiO3 after anneling showed some peaks, the positions of the peaks on 2θ are 23.32°, 32.72°, 40.00o, 47.07o, 52.40°, 57.80o. After anneling, the peaks become wider, this mean the samples become crystaline in structure. From the “a” value calculation “a” mean value obtained is 3,86 Å. The crystalize size of the sample is affected by the annealing. Moreover, the X-Ray Diffraction results show that the crystal structure of the sample is tetragonal, that has a lattice parameters of a = b = 4,03 Å c = 4,08 .Item KARAKTERISASI DIFRAKSI SINAR X PADA PEMBUATAN FILM TIPIS BARIUM ZIRKONIUM TITANATE BaZrxTi(1-x)O3 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SOL-GEL(2021-03) Amelia, Mila; Dewi, RahmiBarium Titanate (BaTiO3) is a ferroelectric material that has a high dielectric constant value, which can be made in the form of a thin layer. A thin layer of Barium Titanate (BaTiO3) doped with Zr to form Ba (ZrxTi1-x) O3 was successfully prepared using sol gel method with the composition of x = 0.2 and x = 0.4. A thin layer was created on the glass substrate using a spin coating for 30 seconds at a speed of 3000rpm. BZT was annealed with temperature variations of 600oC and 650oC and characterized using X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) to determine lattice parameters, crystalline structure, and crystalline size using the Scherrer formula. Based on the analysis, the thin layer has a tetragonal crystalline structure with the lattice parameters value for the composition x = 0.2 is a = b = 4.02 Å and c = 4.06 Å, the composition x = 0.4 is a = b = 4, 06 Å and c = 4.10Å. The crystal size for x = 0.2;0.4 with a temperature of 600oC and 650oC are 33,84 nm, 45,05 nm, 50,66 nm, dan 67,54 nm respectively.Item KARAKTERISASI FILM TIPIS BARIUM ZIRKONIUM TITANAT Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3 MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROSKOPI ULTRAVIOLET-VISIBLE(2020-09) Leni, Novia; Dewi, RahmiPreparation and characterization of Barium Zirconium Titanate (BZT) BaZrxTi1-xO3 thin films has been carried out. The aim of this research is to determine the absorbance, transmittance, refractive index, layer thickness, absorption coefficient and energy gap using Tauc plot method. The thin films were prepared with the value of x = 0.4; 0.45 and 0.5 using sol gel method and then annealed at 600 ° C. The BZT thin films were characterized using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. The results showed that the energy band gap of the BaZr0.4Ti0.6O3 , BaZr0.45Ti0.55O3 and BaZr0.5Ti0.5O3 thin films is 3.66 eV, 3.53 eV and 3.75 eV respectively.Item KARAKTERISASI FILM TIPIS BaZr0,15Ti0,85O3 DENGAN VARIASI SUHU ANNEALING(2020-08) Iriyanto, Heri; Dewi, Rahmithin layer of BZT has been successfully made into a thin films using the sol-gel method with annealing temperature variations. The BaZr0,15Ti0,85O3 thin films was annealed for 1 hour and was held at a temperature of 600oC and 650oC. Characterization of thin films was carried out using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The optical energy band gap width of the BaZr0,15Ti0,85O3 thin film at a temperature of 600ºC and 650ºC is 3.62 eV and 3.13 eV. The energy band gap values of all the thin films are obtained in the range of 3.17-3.61 eV, these values indicated the semiconductor materials.The X-ray diffraction on the analysis results of the BaZr0,15Ti0,85O3 sample 600ºC and 650ºC, it was found that annealing temperature variations affected the crystal size. Data of lattice parameters have value of a = b is 4.03 Å and for c is 4.08 Å. These results showed that the structure of BZT crystal is tetragonal because the lattice parameter has value of a=b c.Item KARAKTERISASI FILM TIPIS BaZr0,35Ti0,65O3 DENGAN SUHU ANNEALING 600 DAN 650 MENGGUNAKAN X-RAY DIFFRACTION(perpustakaan UR, 2021-06) Dewi, Rahmi; Sela, FinaBarium titanate (BaTiO3) is a basic ferroelectric component material which made in the form of a thin film. Barium Titanate is doped with Zr and made a thin film (BaZr0.35Ti0.65O3). BZT is the main material that is most interesting to be studied because it has a high dielectric constant. This thin film was deposited onto glass substrate that assisted by spin coating with speed of 3000 rpm for 30 seconds. The growth of this thin film was made by variying annealing temperature of 600 and 650 for 1 hour. The BaZr0,35Ti0,65O3 was anlyzed using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) method and the crystallite size of the sample was determined using Scherrer formula. The crystallite size of the sample is affected by the annealing temperature. Moreover, the X-Ray Diffraction results show that the crystal structure of the sample is tetragonal, that has a lattice parameters of a = b = 4.00 and c = 4.02 angstroms.Item Karakterisasi I-V Tanah dan Mikrostruktur Feroelektrik Material BaTiO3(2013-04-17) Nanda Setiadi, Rahmondia; Dewi, Rahmi; KrismanTanah adalah suatu benda alami yang terdapat di permukaan kulit bumi yang tersusun dari bahan mineral sebagai hasil pelapukan bebatuan dan bahan organik sisa-sisa tanaman dan hewan. Tanah sangat berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan tanaman, oleh karena itu semua makhluk di bumi sangat tergantung pada tanah. Tanah perlu dijaga kondisi dan keseimbangan kandungan nutrisinya. Penurunan produktivitas tanah dapat terjadi karena adanya faktorfaktor yang dapat menurunkan tingkat produktivitas tersebut, diantaranya adalah erosi yang terus-menerus dapat mengakibatkan terkikisnya lapisan tanah yang subur, bencana alam, sistem ladang berpindah, dan Iain-lain. Tanah memiliki fungsi yang sangat vital dalam penyediaan bahan pangan bagi manusia dan juga bagi makluk hidup lainnya. Fungsi-fungsi tersebut membawa konsekuensi bahwa tanah sebagai pelindung tanaman dari serangan hama penyakit dan dampak negatif pestisida maupun limbah industri berbahaya.Item KARAKTERISASI MIKROSTRUKTUR FEROELEKTRIK MATERIAL SrTiO3 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY (SEM)(2013-07-19) Anuwar, Kaspul; Dewi, Rahmi; KrismanThe carbon pellets from material SrCO3 and TiO3 had been made using chemical reaction method with composition 1:1. The pellet was annealed with temperature 700C by time variation 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes. The characterization was done by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The result from SEM varied over 30 minutes has an average grain size 228,05 nm. The variation of 60 minutes has an average grain size 247,05 nm . The variation of 90 minutes has average grain size 286,75 nm. SEM characterization of SrTiO3 showed that the longer annealing time is required, the greater result granules is obtained.Item KARAKTERISASI PERBEDAAN SUHU ANNEALING FILM TIPIS BaZr0,3Ti0,7O3 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN X-RAY DIFFRACTION (XRD)(2020-09) Marlina, Leni; Dewi, RahmiThin layer of barium zirconium titanate (BaZr0,3Ti0,7O3) was grown on a glass substrate using sol-gel method with variations in annealing temperature assisted by a spin coating process at a speed of 3000 rpm. The BaZr0,3Ti0,7O3 thin layer was annealed for 1 hour at a temperature of 600oC and 650oC. Characterization was carried out using X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) to determine the crystal structure, lattice parameters, and type of structure. The crystal structure shows that the lattice parameters are a = b ≠ c, it can be concluded that the crystal structure is tetragonal. The particle size was obtained using Scherer formula. The two annealing temperatures produced in XRD characterization produced the same 2θ angles, namely 22.29o, 31.61o, 38.31o and 47.54o. The increase in annealing temperature does not affect the diffraction angle but rather affects the intensity.Item KARAKTERISASI SIFAT OPTIK BAHAN STRONTIUM TITANAT (SrTiO3) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROSKOPI ULTRAVIOLET-VISIBLE (UV-Vis)(2013-07-11) Sayuti, Mirwan; Krisman; Dewi, RahmiThe investigation of SrTiO3 solution preparation by using of chemical reaction method has been done. The chemicals used are Strontium Carbonate (SrCO3) and Titanium Dioxide (TiO2), with the concentrations of each sample are 0,005 moles, 0,006 moles, and 0,007 moles, and the temperature differences are 600 oC, 700 oC, and 800 oC respectively. The number of samples made are six. The optical properties of SrTiO3 are investigated solution using some UV-Vis spectroscopy method. The results obtained from this study are some absorbance spectrums. The concentration 0,005 moles, 0,006 moles, and the concentration 0,007 moles before annealing at wavelength of 285 nm, 281 nm, and 282 nm have the same absorbance intensity which is 3,999 a.u. After annealing by a concentration 0,005 moles on a temperature of 600 oC, a concentration 0,006 moles on a temperature of 700 oC, and a concentration 0,007 moles on a temperature of 800 oC at wavelength of 279 nm, 277 nm and 279 nm turned out to have the same intensity of absorbance which is 3,150 a.u. So, the intensity of the absorbance materials before annealing is smaller than those materials after annealing.Item PEMBUATAN DAN KARAKTERISASI FILM TIPIS BARIUM STRONSIUM TITANAT(2016-02-01) Mulyadi, Rendi; Dewi, Rahmi; KrismanFabrication and characterization of Barium Strontium Titanate are studied to determine the electrical properties, the complex capacitance and relative dielectric constant of the material by annealing Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 at 600ºC and 650ºC. Samples are made by using the sol-gel method. Characterization of the samples uses Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Impedance Spectroscopy. Results of SEM for samples 600ºC and 650ºC have thickness of 198 nm and 208 nm respectively. Results of impedance spectroscopy can determine the value of the complex capacitance and relative dielectric constant. The complex capacitance value at temperature of 600ºC is 0.0011 Farad and at temperature of 650ºC is 0.0013 Farad. The thin film of BST is characterized by using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and an impedance spectroscopy. The result samples in temperature of 600o and 650o are 46 nm and 141 nm in thickness respectively. The result obtained from the impedance spectroscopy characterization are frequency, real impedance, and imaginer impedance. The capacitance of the thin film of BST in temperature of 600o and 650o are 0,15 Farad dan 0,154 Farad. The dielectric constant of the thin film of BST in temperature of 600o and 650o are 321,86 dan 109,32 respectively.Item PEMBUATAN FILM TIPIS BARIUM STRONTIUM TITANAT (BST) MENGGUNAKAN METODE SOL-GEL YANG DIKARAKTERISASI DENGAN SPEKTROSKOPI IMPEDANSI(2016-02-01) Elvionita, Wilia; Dewi, Rahmi; KrismanThis paper investigates a thin film Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) with compositions of Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3, Ba0,8Sr0,2TiO3 and Ba0,7Sr0,3TiO3 by using sol-gel method that has been annealing at a temperature of 7000C in order to describe a crystalline structure. BST thin film of three compositions was characterized by using Field Emission Scanning Microscopy (FESEM) and Impedance Spectroscopy. The characterization results the thickness of thin film Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3, Ba0,8Sr0,2TiO3 and Ba0,7Sr0,3TiO3 were respectively 97,69 nm; 44,74 nm and 15,79 nm. The impedance spectroscopy measured a frequency, real impedance (Z’) and imaginer impedance (Z”). The analysis results of real impedance and imaginer impedance showed the area between the contact and the sample (interface). The capacitance value of the BST thin film with compositions of Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3, Ba0,8Sr0,2TiO3 and Ba0,7Sr0,3TiO3 at 1 Hz, was respectively 3,1 x 10-8 F/m; 2,57 x 10-8 F/m and 2,26 x 10-8 F/m. The dielectric constant value of the BST thin film with compositions Ba0,9Sr0,1TiO3, Ba0,8Sr0,2TiO3 and Ba0,7Sr0,3TiO3 at 1 Hz, was respectively 3,4 x 10-2; 1,3 x 10-2 and 4,03 x 10-3.Item PENENTUAN STRUKTUR KRISTAL LAPISAN TIPIS CHROMIUM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BANTUAN KOMPUTER(2014-05-22) Erwin; Arafat, Yaser; Dewi, Rahmi; Syech, Riad; Malik, Usman; SugiantoTelah dilakukan penelitian tentang struktur kristalCr dengan menggunakan metode difraksi elektron. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lapisan tipis Cr yang dibuat dengan menggunakn teknik Sputtering. Pola difraksi elektron dari sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan Transmssion Electron Microscopy (TEM). Untuk melakukan penentuan struktur kristal ini maka telah dibuat sebuah program komputer dengan menggunakanMatlab (R2009b). Program tersebut terdiri dari program menu dan program utama. Program menu digunakan untuk menginput data yang selanjutnya akan digunakan oleh program utama untuk melakukan perhitungan jarak antar bidang dalam kristal dan parameter kisi (ao). Dari hasil perhitungan ini diperoleh bahwa struktur kristalCr adalah Body Centered Cubic (BCC) dengan bidang 110, 200, 211, 220, dan 310. Jarak antar bidang dalam kristal Cr adalah 4,84 Å, 3,42 Å, 2,78 Å, 2,38 Å dan 2,14 Å. Kristal Cr memiliki nilai parameter kisi (ao) hampir sama yaitu 6,7424 Å sampai 6,8478 Å. Indek reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini adalah 2,57 %. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil yang diperoleh sesuai dengan yang diharapkanItem PENENTUAN TINGKAT KEBISINGAN LALU LINTAS DI JALAN TUANKU TAMBUSAI PEKANBARU(2013-03-05) Anggraini, Bima; Dewi, Rahmi; JuandiThe measurement of the noise level at Tuanku Tambusai street Pekanbaru has been carried out. The noise observed was derived from motorcycles and vehicles. The measurement of the noise level started from 06.00 – 18.00 WIB for one week. The location of the research was denoted by 1,2 and 3 (in front Tri Bakti’s foundtion, horse statue and in front PPP office). The noise level were also studied as a function of distance from the source of noise. The intensity of noise level was measured using Sound Level Meter (SLM) SL 4112. The results of the research showed that the maximum value of noise level (on June, 26th 2012) occured 07.00 - 10.00 WIB on Sunday and the minimum value of noise level (on June, 21 th 2012) occured 14.00 – 17.00 WIB on Thursday for location 1. The measurement of the noise level as a function of distance (June 19th, July 16th, July 23th and July 30th 2012) was the value of noise level that declines with distance. The reduction of noise level caused by air absorption and surroundings. The noise level was based on different locations for the same time, the highest value of noise level occured in the location 3 than in the location 1 and 2 . The highest of noise level by caused vehicles. The result of the research showed that noise level is 85,584 dB. Based on the result of research, it is recommended that public school, hospital and house are not suitable to be built in that area since the noise level has exceeded the noise level threshold by MENKES N0.718/Men.Kes/Per/XI/198 that is 45-55 dBItem PENGARUH KOMPOSISI DAN SUHU ANNEALING TERHADAP SIFAT OPTIK FILM TIPIS BARIUM ZIRKONIUM TITANAT (BaZrxTi1-xO3)(2020-08) Ardian, Heri; Dewi, RahmiThe manufactured of BZT material in the formed of a thin film that deposited on a glass substrate has been carried out using the sol-gel method. The objectives achieved in this study were to determine the optical properties such as absorbance, transmittance, refractive index, film thickness, absorption coefficient and energy band gap values using the plot Tauc method with different compositions at 650 ºC. Characterization was performed using an Ultraviolet- Visible spectrophotometer with a thin film of BaZrxTi1-xO3 where x = 0.25 ; 0.30 ; 0.35 at 650ºC. The energy band gap values of the BaZr0,25Ti0,75O3 at 650 ° C were 3,10 eV, for BaZr0,30Ti0,70O3 was 3,83 eV and for BaZr0,35Ti0,65O3 was 3,84 eV.
