    With the rapid progress and development of the times in the various fields that are in line with developments in science and technology, apparently affect the behaviour of peaple who love to consume alcoholic beverages that are custom foreign nation that does not comform to the habits of indonesian society. That kind of thing was also experienced by the citizens in the districts of east Kampar, where drinking liquor has penetrated into every society. Therefore, the action should receive serious attention from all circles, both by law enforcement, government and the community itself.
