    Analisis Gaya Penyelesaian Konflik Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 1 Bangkinang Tahun 2012/2013

    This study entitled "Analysis of Student Conflict Resolution Style Class VIII SMPN1 Bangkinang Pelajarann Year 2012/2013. The study objective was to determine the style of conflict resolution class VIII SMPN1 Bangkinang. Respondents in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN1 Bangkinang totaling 202 people. Technically used is total sampling it to see the phenomena that occur in schools today. The data used in this study was a questionnaire containing about conflict resolution styles. After the top scoring students completed questionnaires and then analyzed the results obtained so collaborative conflict style completion in the category which is 81% higher. This result is very satisfying for it is expected to parents and teachers to train the students to always keep improving attitudes more assertive and cooperative
