    Demand for water is influenced by several factors, such as price or tarifff,income,education. PDAM Tirta Dharma Kabupaten Bengkalis Cabang Sugai Pakning must consider of debit of water to keep community can meet the deman water. Factor thar are considered as causes of increased water demann in the Kecamatan Bukit Batu must always be guarded and monitored to avoid the occurrence of water crisis in Kecamatan Bukit Batu. To find out the number of konfrehensif price or tarifff,income,education effect consumer demand for clean water community. To abtain data in this essay, the author using the quesionaie instrument to obtain data. To analyze data use quantitative analyses using thr regression formula linier berganda Result based on discussion of the main that the results obtained regression equation Y = ( 0,93) + 0,298 + 0,008+0,201+0,561. Retrieved education that the water level of income and significant demand for clean water, which is managed by PDAM. Based on the FTst with degrees significant α= 0,05 a rejected show the significant influence that the price or tarifff,income,education together affect water demand in Kecmatan Bukit Batu. Simiarly, the analysis that determinatsi obtained 60,1 % explained by all independent variabel and equal to 39,9% explained by other factor outside the model
