    According to UUD 1945, Indonesia government has mandated to give educational access to the all people.. This assistance is usually in the form of funds to support costs or expenses incurred by students during their education. With this assistance, it is hoped that students can complete their education without any disturbances, especially those related to student finances until they complete or graduate at the education level. It is hoped that the SAW and TOPSIS methods can help speed up the selection of BOS fund recipients, and the system can unravel mistakes so that it can be a decision used by schools in the process of providing scholarships to their students.
