    Poverty is a major factor a person cannot fulfill his primary or secondary needs. The government's effort to improve the people's welfare is by conducting various poverty reduction programs, one of which is the provision of RLH funds which must be appropriately given to disadvantaged populations. However, in its implementation the officer has difficulty in processing data, so we need a Decision Support System (SPK) that can help to determine the recipient of RLH assistance.
