    Poverty is a serious issue of concern to the government, both central and local government. In an effort to reduce poverty, the government has tried various programs one of which is the National Program for Community Empowerment MandiriPerdesaanyang expected to reduce poverty and empower the poor through programs in the National Program for Rural Community Empowerment (PNPM-Mp). But in fact the poor are not able to be addressed and only a part of the community terperdayakan through the program. For that the implementer must be maximal in conducting the program. However, the program was pretty good but not maximized.
