    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of compensation and work environment at once / simultaneously on employee productivity at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan, then to investigate the effect of compensation on employee productivity at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan and to determine the effect of work environment on employee productivity at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan. The population in this study are employees of the production PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan in 2010 totaled 103 people. The sample amounted to 51 employees. Sampling of this study are based on purposive sampling method, the sampling methods with certain criteria. In this study, the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression models (multiple regression). Regression method can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Results showed compensation and environment jointly influence labor productivity in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan. Furthermore, based on the t test affects the productivity of labor compensation in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan.Selanjutnya t test based work environment affects productivity at work PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan.Factor the most dominant influence on the productivity of labor in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan is compensated. Compensation and working environment influenced by 56.60% on employee productivity at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan.

    Perbedaan Pengaruh Latihan Medicine Ball Scoop Toss Dengan Latihan Medicine Ball Throw Terhadap Power Otot Lengan Bahu Pada Tim Bolavoli Putri Sman Olahraga Provinsi Riau

    This research is experimental research. The research was carried out at Senior High School Sports Girls volleyball team Riau Province. Data were obtained and collected through the initial test and final test before and after exercise medicine ball scoop toss and medicine ball throw. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results show that the identification problem SMAN women volleyball team sports do not have the power Riau shoulder muscles a good arm. This is due to the lack of exercise that leads to physical padakondisi and exercise programs that are less systematic and planned. The issues raised in this study is "Are there differences in the effects of exercise medicine ball scoop toss with exercise medicine ball throw on the shoulder arm muscle power at Senior High School girls volleyball team sports Riau province?" Research hypothesis proposed in this study was "There are differences in the effects of exercise medicine ball scoop toss with exercise medicine ball throw on the shoulder arm muscle power at Senior High School girls volleyball team sports Riau Province. "this study aimed to determine differences in the effects of exercise medicine ball scoop toss with exercise medicine ball throw on the shoulder arm muscle power in girls volleyball team SMAN Sports Riau Province. T test analysis results of the analysis result t arithmetic of 0.4 and ttable of 1.812. Means t arithmetic < ttable so H0 accepted and Ha rejected. It concludes that there is no significant difference in the effect exercise medicine ball scoop toss with exercise medicine ball throw on the shoulder arm muscle power in girls volleyball team SMAN Sports Riau Province.
