    PERBANDINGAN MORFOLOGI 3 JENIS BAMBU (Bambusoideae) DI KECAMATAN KUALA INDRAGIRI, KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR, PROVINSI RIAU

    Kuala Indragiri district is one of districts in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province that has biodiversity of bamboo. This research used exploration method to find bamboos that grow in the wild or cultivation. The purpose of this research was to compare the morphologial characteristics of bamboo in Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. Based on the result, there were three species of bamboo (Bambusoideae) i.e. Bambusa vulgaris var. striata, Bambusa heterostachya, and Bambusa glaucophylla. Morphologial characteristics that made the difference between the 3 species of bamboo were the shoot, stem, branching, leaf, and clump
