    The increasing age of palm oil plantations, further action is necessary for the sustainability of development and improvement in the management of palm oil plantations, one of the government's efforts is the implementation of rejuvenation program (replanting). Implementation of the program of rejuvenation (replanting) that have occurred in several provinces in Indonesia in particular in the province of Riau, where this research focuses on the Siak which has a number of farmer groups one of which Farmers Group Setia Rukun Dayun who received a grant renewal program (replanting) of BPDPKS. However, in practice encountered some resistance. It can be seen from three perspectives of society, namely from the perspective of economic, social, and environmental. To further assess the researchers used a qualitative research method by using triangulation research conducted by interview, observation and documentation. Informants in the study consisted of the Chairman of the Village Unit Cooperatives Tunas Muda, Chairman and Members of Farmers Group Setia Rukun Dayun that can provide accurate data to support research. The aim of the study to determine the institutional strengthening farmer groups Setia Rukun Dayun examine from the perspective of social, economic and environment with their rejuvenation program (replanting).
