    There are several English language tests that are used to assess an individual’s abilities. This test is used for various things such as to get a scholarship, to get a job, to enter a college and to work in several state-owned corporations. This prompts many people to take part in study programs to prepare for the test. However, selection of English language course institutions still uses inefficient manual methods. Therefore it is important to build a decision support system that can assist people to select the institution of English language course. The system was created using Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method. The resulting decision support system showed that the system was capable to rank and could help those in need to determine the most suitable English language course institution.
