    PENGALAMAN PERAWAT DALAM MERAWAT PASIEN DENGAN RISIKO PERILAKU KEKERASAN (RPK)

    This research is qualitative study with descriptive phenomenology approach. The purpose is to described various experience of nurses in taken care of patients with violence behaviour. Five participants were selected by purposive sampling method. Data were collected by in-depth interview which completed by field note and analyzed by Colaizzi method. This research identifed six main themes: first experience, the management of patients with violent behaviour, type of violence experienced (verbal & physic), impact of violence experienced, therapeutic environment, and the way to overcome resistance in treatment. This research recomends that nurses need special attention related to the impact of violence behaviour, so nurses can give the best attention to the patients with violence behaviour.
