    Analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen membeli rumah pada pt. Tunas sentosa manunggal pekanbaru

    The purpose of this study was to determine whether the factors of physical condition, facilities, location, service, and prices affect the consumer satisfaction in buy ing a home at PT. Tunas Sentosa Manunggal Pekanbaru and to determine which factors are the most dominant influence on the consumer in buying a home at PT. Tunas Sentosa Manunggal Pekanbaru. Population in this research is that people who buy housing in the Taman Kartama Permai PT. Tunas Sentosa Manunggal Pekanbaru totaling 45 families, while the sample in this study was the total population of as many as 45 families using census method. Data collection methods are techniques or methods that can be used by researchers to collect data. Method (method or technique) refers to an abstract and intangible word, but its use can only be seen through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, tests, and other documentation. That the physical condition, facilities, location, service, and prices influence consumer satisfaction, in which the influence of 82.20% and the remaining 17.80% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. Form of each variable is the physical condition, facilities, location, service, and price. The most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is a variable in the form of access to housing location (street), visibility (housing visible from the street), parking lots, and residential environments.
