    Perbandingan Pengaruh Latihan Star Driil Dengan Butterfly Drill Terhadap Kelincahan Pada Sekolah Sepak Bola Universitas Riau

    Problems found in research showing that athletes SSB University of Riau has not had a good agility. This is due to lack of exercise leads to certain physical conditions. Therefore this studied aimed to determine the effect of a significant comparison between the star drill exercise with the agility drill butterfly at SSB University of Riau. This research is a quasi experimental studied. The population in this studied conducted at the SSB University of Riau totaling 20 people. Data were obtained and collected through the initial test and final test before and after exercise star drill with drill butterfly. Data were analyzed comparative. Results of t test analysis group A produces tcount and group B 15.72 generate tcount of 14.16 with ttable 1.833, significant at the 0.05 level, while the A and B generate tcount was 4.61 with ttable of 1.734 at significant level of 0.05. Means tcount> ttable so that the third hypothesis is accepted. This gives the conclusion that there is a significant effect of comparison between the star drill exercise with the agility drill butterfly at SSB University of Riau. Then the average increase, star drill exercise significant influence over the agility.
