(Elfitra, 2023-10) Muslim, M.; Yolanda, Anne Mudya
User satisfaction with Grab's services can be reviewed through reviews on the Google Play Store site in the form of ratings and comments. Reviews on the Google Play Store site can be used as a reference for Grab companies to better understand user needs. The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the classification of positive sentiment and negative sentiment from the Grab application based on reviews from the Google Play Store site using the sentiment analysis method with the maximum entropy approach method. Maximum Entropy aims to obtain the best probability value that is close to reality and able to provide maximum value. Classification using the maximum entropy algorithm resulted in an accuracy of 77.53% and a sensitivity value of 84.74% on the Grab application.
