    This article discusses the prospective reserve using New Jersey method for prospective Semicontinuous Endownment Life Insurance. This method limits the calculation of reserves for 20 years. Semicontinuous endownment life insurance reserves calculation resolved by first determining annuities, single premium, and annual premiums with an intereset rate Vasicek and fractional age based on the assumption of the UDD.

    This article discusses the commissioners reserve and Illinois reserve for endowment life insurance. Commissioners reserve and Illinois reserve are the calculation of modified premium reserve using prospective reserve and has its own premium payment period. This calculation is carried out by determining life annuity, single premium, and annual premium in advance based on Makeham’s law.

The calculation of prospective reserve value by using the value of pension benefits is based on the assumption of final salary, whole life annuity due and term annuity due for joint life status.

Prime Counting Function is denoted by π(n). Explicit formula of π(n) is constructed by arithmetic function φ(n) and δ(n) with the help of notation of sum and the oor function.

    This article discusses a class of nonlinear trapezoidal method based on the harmonic, contraharmonic, heronian, square root and centroidal mean to solve an initial value problem. The discussion includes the way to derive the formula and applying Taylor expansion to obtain the error of the methods. Computational tests using an example support the analytical results.

    This paper discusses the accumulated value of the immediate annuity for m times per year. The assumption of uniform distribution is used in determining the accumulated value of the immediate annuity, which is a linear approximation to the probability that the insurance participant died. The accumulated value of the annuity is influenced by cash value annuity paid by insurance participant, the interest rate, and the amount of annuity payments made by insurance participants

    This paper discusses an application of the Shank transformation on Adomian de-composition method to solve a nonlinear equation. Some numerical illustrations are given to show the effectiveness of this method. Numerical results show that the use of this method in solving nonlinear equations is more practical and provide better solutions compared with those obtained by the Adomian decomposition method
