Zulkarnain***) nurhayani1988@gmail.com Abstract: This research aimed at improving students learning outcomes in teaching and learning process at MTs. Hidayatul Muta’allim Bengkalis by applying directly learning model by way ofARIASstrategywithICMtechniquesin mathematics lesson. This research using classroom. Itusesclassroom research. It was conducted in two cycles. The outcomes for this research were gained from observation sheets and written test. The result from first cycle found that the percentage of students who achieve KKM was gained from 32,1 % to 42,9 %. On the second test, the percentage of students who achieve KKM is 53,6 %. The conclusion of the study showed that the implementing of directly learning model by way of ARIASstrategywithICMtechniques approach could improvingstudents learning outcomes mathematic.
