    Research by at Hospital of Area of Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru which is have address in jln. Diponegoro No. 02 Pekanbaru started by May month 2012 till finish as a mean to analyse environmental influence of work load and activity to stres work nurse at Common Hospital of Area of Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru In this research consist of three variable that is one variable tied and two free variable. As for sampel in this research counted 66 people, determination of amount of sampel in relying on Census method. While technique analyse data use quantitative method constructively peripheral of SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science of) version 17.0. Pursuant to result of analysis known that environment work and work load have an effect on signifikan to stress work nurse at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. While variable owning most dominant influence to stress work nurse at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru is influenced by work load. Thereby can be interpreted that environment work and work load have an effect on positive and signifikan to stress work nurse at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Pursuant to result of research, writer suggest that company management can be efficient is condition of environment work like condition of room, lighting, sound grab, situation of air, condition of colour, aromas, relation work between officer, and relation work better and others fixed major other supporter factors which also of vital importance and improve to take care of work load like doing conducted duties, activity organization, environmental of activity, motivation, perception, trust, satisfaction and desire, so that mount stress work nurse at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru is not high
