The sample of material BST shaped pellets has been conducted experimently by blending material BaCO3, SrCO3 and TiO2 with comparison of composition Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3, Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 and Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3 as many as three sample. Each sample was annealed with temperature at 700oC for 60 minutes and then characterized using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) in order to identify grain size and density of the sample. The results showed that the physical form of microstructure BST material that is shaped approaching circular size with various grain size and density. Material Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3, Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 and Ba0.9Sr0.1 annealed at temperature 700oC for 60 minutes have an average grain size of each 263,15 nm, 238,09 nm and 208,83 nm and density of particle is 4.36%, 4,53% and 4,77% respectively. Then the increment of Strontium caused grain size is bigger and density is smaller.
