    PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PERCAYA DIRI SISWA YANG MENGALAMI MASALAH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELAJARAN KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 2 PEKANBARU TAHUN AJARAN 2012-2013 Putri Yana Dewi, Rosmawati dan Elni Yaqub Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Email: putriyanadewi@gmail.com ABSTRACT The study is titled“ The effect of Group Guidance To Increase Self-Confidance of Students Experiencing Problems Education and Lessons Students in Class XI IPS SMA N 2 Pekanbaru School Year 2012-2013”.This study aims to 1)Know the confidance level overview of students who have educational problems and lessons were given counseling before and after group 2) now the difference and influence the confidance level of students who are having problems with education and learning before following the guidance given group. Population of 35people, totaling 16 samples, sampling using“ purposive sampling” the sampling technique with spesific considerations.The research method used was experimental Quasi One Group :One group pre-test and post-test design. Analysis of the data using statistical techniques percentage, to distinguish the level of guidance of students who are having problems of education and learning before and after counseling group used test “t”.Of test calculations “t” obtained t greater than t table (14,1>2.042) at the level of 5%.This Hois rejected and Ha accepted,which means there is an increase in group counseling before and after the confidance of students who are having problems of education and learning. Then from the calculation of and learning. baseearned value product moment coefficient r=0.65 is the determinat coefficient r=0.42,which means there is a 42% contributions to group counseling to increase confidance scores of students who have problems of education and learning.Based on the results penelitian conducted,it was concluded after a counseling group,increased self confidance of students who are having problems learning education an increasing class XI IPS.

    Putri Suratmi Hasanah (0905132315) Pengaruh Metode Bercerita Terhadap Karakter Anak Usia 5 – 6 Tahun di TK FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Tahun Ajaran 2012 – 2013.Skirpsi.(The Influences of Telling Method to the Children’s Character 5 up to 6 Years Old in TK FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Of the 2012 – 2013 Year. Thesis). Based on the observation in TK FKIP UNRI there are 25 children has some problems. The problems are: 1) The children throw the rubbish in everywhere, 2) the children don’t want sharing with their friends, 3) after they played, and they don’t want to keep their toys, 4) the children come late. The purpose of this research is to know the children’s character before and after apply telling method, to know the influences to the children’s character 5 up to 6 years old in TK FKIP UNRI. The total sample in this research is 25 in the class B1. This is experiment research using the one group design by pre test and post test through observation sheet. From the research and the explanation can be concluded that the children’s character 5 up to 6 years old in TK FKIP UNRI before apply the telling method in low category after applied the telling method in good category. It can be proved from the t test result that t count is bigger than t table, t count result 21,53 while t table 1,671. So, Telling method is very effective is used to increase the children’s character 5 up to 6 years old in TK FKIP UNRI

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Paikem Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Islam Al-Karimah Pekanbaru

    The background of this research seen from the number of reading ability has not reached tingkt reading skills development in accordance with the characteristics of the child at the age. The purpose of this research is to improve the reading skills of children aged 5-6 years through the model-based learning and to see sebara PAIKEM effective use PAIKEM-based learning model in improving the reading skills of children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is a form of experiment. Data collection is taken through pre-test and post-test values. The number of samples in this study were 26 children consisting of 13 girls and 13 men. Assessment in this study, consistent in measuring the reading skills of children, before and after the treatmen. Hypothesis of this study is an increase in reading skills in children aged 5-6 years in TK Islam Al-Karimah Pekanbaru after PAIKEM awarded based learning model. From the research result that the average reading ability (BI) was only 5.38%, but after the treatment was given for 3 days the average reading ability of B1 grade increased to 8.85% and thus this hypothesis can be accepted. From these results it can be concluded, there is significant in the model-based learning PAIKEM to improving reading skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Islam Al-Karimah Pekanbaru. From these results, the authors suggest to the teachers to use and implement PAIKEM-based learning model. To improve the reading skills of children aged 5-6 years
