    KOMPETENSI GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DALAM MEMAHAMI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SE-KECAMATAN TAMPAN KOTA PEKANBARU (Penelitian Survey Guru SDN Se-Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru) Oleh Zaka Hadikusuma Ramadan1, Otang Kurniaman2, Eddy Noviana3 Absract The result showed that the competence of elementary teachers on Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru have average less understanding of instructional media with average 42,04 categorized not undestand. Of the seven indicators that the authors describe: 1) understanding of intructional media category scored 47,22 less, 2) the function of learning media category scored 42,90 less, 3) learning media goals scored 44,85 less category, 4) type-types of instructional media category scored 41,73 less, 5) advantages and disadvantages of learning media category scored less than 46,6, 6) making of instructional media and scored 37,03, 7) use of instructional media category scored 43,20 less. The conclusion of this study is teacher competence of elementary school Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru not understand about instructional media.
