    Hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan tingkat depresi pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik (GGK) yang menjalani hemodialisa

    This study aimed to determine the relationship between social support and depression levels in CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis Arifin Achmad hospital Pekanbaru. The design used in this study was a descriptive correlative. Samples were taken by using Accidental Sampling method to patients undergoing hemodialysis Arifin Achmad Hospital. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested the validity and reliability. Analyzes used univariate and bivariate analysis. Chi Square statistical test results obtained ρv( 0.000) < α ( 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between social support with depression levels in CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis. The more positive family support and will reduce the level of depression in CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis. This study can be used as a benchmark for further research
