    Analisis Komunikasi Dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pada Program Kemitraan PTPN V Di Pekanbaru

    Tujuan penelitian menganalisis komunikasi yang dilakukan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan hubungan komunikasi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pada program kemitraan PTPN V di Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian menggunakan mix methode yaitu survei deskriptif korelasional dan kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 396 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Dasar penarikan sampel adalah pada populasi yang besar minimal mengambil 10% sebagai sampel. Sampel diambil secara acak (random sampling) dari populasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Korelasi Rank Spearman dan diolah dengan SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian adalah komunikasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Pegawai PTPN V bidang program kemitraan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pada umumnya adalah komunikasi antarpribadi, komunikasi publik, dan komunikasi kelompok. Pegawai PTPN V bidang program kemitraan tidak menggunakan komunikasi massa sama sekali. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui tentang program kemitraan PTPN V. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara komunikator, pesan, model komunikasi dengan perilaku dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Sedangkan hubungan antara saluran dengan perilaku dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat tidak terdapat hubungan.

    Correlation Among Communication Noise Corporate Social Responsibility Program With Community Empowerment And Ptpn V Image In Pekanbaru

    Effective and efficient communication will be achieved when communication noise can be minimized. The purpose of this study was to analyzed the correlation with the community empowerment and the PTPN image V in Pekanbaru. The research method was descriptive survey explanatory. The population covered 426 persons in Pekanbaru Regency in years of 2012 until 2016. While sample in the study as many as 100 people. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. The result of research There was a very significant positive correlation among communication noise with the community empowerment, and image. The beneficiaries stated that there was no significant communication noise in the CSR program communication conducted by the PTPN V. The enterprise’s ability to minimize communication noise could empower the beneficiaries, and establish the company’s image

    Efek Sosialisasi Bahaya Narkoba Terhadapsikap Siswa Sma Muhammadiyah Bangkinang

    The increase of dangerous drugs using cases, in Bangkinang affected the user discrete from the environment, family, society until country. The majority of dangerous drugs users are adolescent in 11 until 19 years old. In the several time, a lot of adolescent used dangerous drugs because the minimum information that their gotten. There for, DWR BNK and Polres Kampar held socialization in SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang to invite them for avoiding the drugs. The intention of this research is to know the socialization effect of the dangerous drugs to the student's attitude of SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang. The research design used kuantitative research by descriptive method. The account of sampel is 70 people from 193 population. The sampel is decided from Quota Sampling technique, analyze method in this research used a formula P=F/N x 100%. The result of this research shows that the socialization effect of dangerous drugs to the student's attitude SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang can be categoried good with the precentage is 95,09% and the socialization was held by DWP, BNK and Polres Kampar to SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang was succesfull

    EFEKTIVITAS STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA PEKANBARU DALAM MENDIFUSIKAN INFORMASI PENANGANAN KASUS GIZI BURUK PADA MASYARAKAT DI KOTA PEKANBARU

    Program pengentasan kemiskinan tersebut tercakup dalam program K2I. Gizi Buruk adalah akibat kemiskinan masih terjadi di Provinsi Riau. Sebanyak 14 orang meninggal akibat Gizi Buruk di Provinsi Riau selama tiga tahun terakhir (2005-2007). Tujuan dari penelitian ini, adalah (1) untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru dalam mendiftisikan informasi penanganan kasus Gizi Buruk pada masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru, (2) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru dalam upaya mendifusikan informasi penanganan kasus Gizi Buruk pada masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengukuran data menggunakan skala kategori, dan Skala Likert sebagai berikut: peringkat 3 baik/ sering, 2 kurang baik/ jarang, 1 tidak baik/ tidak pemah. Analisis data dengan distribusi frekuensi, kemudian diklasifikasikan sebagai beikut: (a) baik/ efektif: 67% - 100%, (b) kurang baik/ kurang efektif: 33% - 66% dan (c). tidak baik/ tidak efektif: kurang/ di bawah dari 33% . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru dalam mendifusikan informasi penanganan kasus Gizi Buruk pada masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru sudah efektif, yaitu 72 %. Faktor pendukung keefektivan strategi komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru dalam mendifusikan informasi penanganan kasus Gizi Buruk pada masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru adalah dukimgan dari pemerintah daerah melalui: (1) merupakan salah satu program pemerintah provinsi untuk memberantas kemiskinan (K2I), (2) mendapatkan anggaran dari belanja daerah, (3) mempunyai Puskesmas dan Puskesmas Rawat hiap serta Tenaga Penyuluh Gizi (TPG) di setiap kecamatan. Selanjutnya, Faktor penghambat keefektivan strategi komunikasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru dalam mendifusikan informasi penanganan kasus Gizi Buruk pada masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru yaitu: (1) kurang respon atau tanggap dari keluarga yang bersangkutan, (2) tidak mau duoijuk ke rumah sakit imtuk memperoleh pelayanan yang lebih maksimal dan (3) kondisi ekonomi yang lemah.

    Implementasi Komunikasi Verbal Antar Pegawai Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Di Biro Humas Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau

    The purpose of this study are, to know the implementation of verbal communication in enhancing their work productivity of Public Relations officer of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province. This study used descriptive qualitative method of data collection based on the reality on the ground through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study there are 14 employees, while the object is the implementation of verbal communication between Bureau of Public Relations officer of the Regional Secretariat of Riau province in improving work productivity Data analysis that used the interactive model of data analysis by using the techniques of data validity checking the extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: Implementation of verbal communication between the Bureau of Public Relations officer of the Regional Secretariat Riau Province in improving labor productivity is in the form of oral communication interpersonal face-to-face conversation and telephone communication while writing in the form of disposition, letters and reports. The output or productivity of employee work processes such as: speech, outdoor media, special publications, letters, reports, photographs and videos, and clippings

    Korelasi Gangguan Komunikasi Dengan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Citra Dan Reputasi Ptpn V Di Pekanbaru

    Komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien akan tercapai bila gangguan komunikasi dapat diminimalisir. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis korelasi gangguan komunikasi dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat, citra dan reputasi PTPN V di Pekanbaru. Desain penelitian survei deskriptif explanatori. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 418 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam Penelitian sebanyak 250 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proporsional stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat korelasi sangat signifikan positif antara gangguan komunikasi dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat citra dan reputasi perusahaan. Gangguan komunikasi dapat diminimalisir sehingga meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat, citra dan reputasi PTPN V di Pekanbaru.

    Korelasi Komunikasi Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Dengan Citra PTPN V Di Pekanbaru

    Tujuan penelitian menganalisis tanggapan masyarakat terhadap komunikasi program TJSP PTPN V dan tanggapan masyarakat terhadap citra PTPN V serta korelasi komunikasi program TJSP dengan citra PTPN V di Pekanbaru. Populasi pada penelitian adalah masyarakat yang menerima bantuan PKBL di Kota Pekanbaru pada Tahun 2012-2016 sebanyak 408 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara simple random sampling, sehingga sampel berjumlah sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial korelasi rank Spearman. Tanggapan masyarakat penerima bantuan terhadap komunikasi program TJSP, dan citra PTPN V pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat korelasi sangat signifikan positif antara peubah komunikasi program TJSP dengan citra PTPN V. Secara umum terdapat korelasi sangat signifikan positif antara indikator komunikasi program TJSP dengan peubah citra PTPN V

    Manajemen Komunikasi Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Ptpn V Dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Pekanbaru

    Management of communication effective and efficient is required in the program of Tanggung jawab Sosial Perlisahaan, to the achievement of community empowerment. Research aims to study and analyze the management of communication in social responsibility programs of companies PTPN V to the empowerment of communities in the province of Riau. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Subjects of this study were 17 people consisting of Head of CSR/TSP, Head of CSR/TSP, along with three employees executing PTPN V and 12 beneficiaries of fiends CSR/TSP in six operational areas of the company. The results of the study are planning stage, sources, messaging and communication channels entirely determined by employee PTPN V, then the implementation phase, employees PTPN V in collaboration with tile Department of Cooperatives in the areas of operations, finally monitoring and evaluation stages, monitoring carried out by a team of auditors as the source and program evaluation phase is done by the management of PTPN V.

    PENINGKATAN KINERJA PENGAWAI MELALUI KOMUNIKASI VERBAL PADA BADAN PEMBERDAYAAN DAN PERLINDUNGAN MASYARAKAT (BPPM) PROVINSI RIAU

    Phenomenon that happened in the institution of empowerment and society protection Riau Province in pel^anbaru, can be seen as following, say for instance there are some employees do no work as the role, they are not in the office, coming late, work result is not maximal so that it caused unsatisfied performance. The goal of these researches are firstly, to describe the responses of the object researched toward verbal communication and employee performanced increasing in institution of empowerment and society protection Riau Province. Secondly, to find out the correlations between verbal communication and employee performance increasing in institution of empowerment and society protection Riau Province. The research was analyzed by using quantitative method, with the number of the population is 71 persons and 35 respondents as samples. They were taken with random sampling technique. Data collecting technique used were questionnaires, interview and observation. To analyzed variables correlation used Correlation Product Moment. The result of the research obtained that the responses of the object researched toward verbal communication and employee performanced increasing is in high category. The employee have received messages from the leaders through channel addresed clearly directly and fluently From the value of r table 0,334 and r count 0, 83 so that it show that There is any significant correlation between verbal communication and employee performance increasing in institution of empowerment and society protection Riau Province. On the other word, more they communicate verbally more the improvement can be reached.
