    The problem in this research is whether there is a relationship arm muscle and shoulder strength to strength in man PB Badminton Smash Wahana Silva Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to determine how big relations arm muscle and shoulder strength to strength in man PB Badminton Smash Wahana Silva Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in Wahana Gor jln. Tanjung Datuk Pekanbaru with a total sample of 10 people. There are two variables in this research were variable X (arm muscle and shoulder strength) with a variable Y (smash strength). This research method used by correlation techniques. The instrument used in this research is the test arm muscle and shoulder strength and smash strength. Furthermore, the data was tested with the data normality (normality of the data), ie, by using Liliefors test then test correlation (product moment correlation) to find out how much the relationship between the variables X (arm muscle and shoulder strength) with a variable Y (smash strength) and the t test significant to determine whether or not the data. Corellation of test data is obtained correlation coefficient of r = 0.91 which tested its association with t obtained t = 6.25> t table = 1.860 HO rejected in other words, the relationship between variable X and variable Y is categorized as very high with significant level α = 0.05 in other words there is a significant relationship between arm muscle and shoulder strength to strength in man PB Badminton Smash Wahana Silva Pekanbaru.
