Item Penerapan Metode Demonstrasi Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Mewarnai Motif Melayu Riau Siswa Kelas Va SDN 138 Pekanbaru(2013-07-16) Saddam, RoysThe problems underlying this study is the low skills of students in the learning and skills in the arts and culture coloring Malay motifs SDN 138 VA class Pekanbaru. This study aims to improve the skills of coloring motif Malay graders VA SDN 138 Pekanbaru with the adoption of the demonstration. The study subjects were students of SDN 138 VA Pekanbaru. This study uses classroom action research design conducted in three (3) cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Based on the analysis of the data on the initial data with category number of students who are skilled enough there were 26 students (62.79%) while students are skilled with category there were 16 students (37.21%) with an average value of 58.00 class. Once applied the method demonstration, at the end of the first cycle of highly skilled students by 5 students (11.63%), skilled 21 students (48.84%), skilled enough as many as 16 students (37.21%), and only 1 less skilled students (2.33%) with an average value of 66.47 class. While the end of the second cycle of highly skilled students increased to 13 students (30.24%), skilled 25 students (58.14), is quite skilled as many as 5 students (11.62%), and none (0%) of students who are less skilled with the average grade 77.18. In the third cycle of highly skilled students increased to 18 students (41.87%), skilled 25 students (58.14%), skilled enough 5 students (11.63%), and none (0%) of students who are less skilled with an average value of 80.36 class.
