    PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI PERPUSTAKAAN TENNAS EFFENDY MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOZER

    The Tennas Effendy Library is a library under the auspices of the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service (Dispusip) which provides various books for people of all ages and of any type. Information systems have an important role in improving the quality and credibility of Tennas Effendy library services in the increasingly developing digital era. The Tennas Effendy Library already has an information system to carry out its business processes, but this is felt to be less than optimal because it does not cover all service needs and library business processes. This research uses the Tozer method to produce effective and efficient information system strategic planning by identifying external and internal library factors, analyzing relevant strategies, and providing solutions that suit library service development needs. The results of this research are to explain the business conditions and library information systems, provide recommendations for the development of effective and efficient information systems in improving library services, and provide a time portfolio for implementing plans in accordance with the required information system priorities.
