    MOTIVASI BELAJAR SAINS FISIKA SISWA DENGAN MENERAPKAN MEDIA MICROSOFT OFFICE POWERPOINT MELALUI PENDEKATAN KONTRUKTIVISME DI SMP TRI BAKTI PEKANBARU Tessa Elvianda SariI, Muhammad NasirII, Muhammad SahalIII Email : tessaelviandasari@gmail.com ABSTRACT The purpose of this research to determine the average difference and increase students' motivation to learn physics by trough constructivism approach on learning by applying media created by use microsoft office powerpoint and learning without the use of media. On the matterial of dynamic electric class IX student SMP Tri Bakti Pekanbaru. This research is experimental resarch. With the design of the study pretest, posttest group control design. The instruments used in the data collection was a questionnaire consisting of ARCS motivation indicators attention, relevance, and satisfaction confidance. Data were analyzed students' motivation to learn physics can be of analysis descriptive and inferensial. From analysis descriptive can be motivation to learn physics students who use media Microsoft office Powerpoint through a constructivis approach is high than without the use of media. Inferential analysis of the data using SPSS version 16 with Independent Samples T-Test was obtained tcount = 1.950 while ttable = 1.990. Based on the criteria for testing the value of t is tcount < ttable or 1.950 <1.990. So that there is no significant difference in students' motivation using Microsoft office Powerpoint media through a constructivism approach with students without the use of media.
