    PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI SISWA NON UNGGULAN KELAS IX SMP N 1 SIAK HULU Atmi Permika Sari, Raja Arlizon, dan Sardi Yusup Program Studi pendidikan bimbingan konseling e-mail : atmi_bikons@yahoo.com / 085355926119 Abstrack : The study is titled: Effect of group counseling to increase student achievement motivation unseeded class IX SMP N 1 SiakHulu before and after the 2012-2013 school year group guidance "(by ATMI Permika Sari, Nim 0905132357) problems in this study were: 1) how to increase student achievement motivation unseeded before given group counseling services. 2) how is the increase in students' motivation beprestasi unseeded after guidance given group. 3) to determine differences in students' increased motivation beprestasi unseeded before and after group counseling services. 4) to determine the effect of group counseling services to increase student achievement motivation unseeded before and after the guidance given group. Analysis techniques and the percentage of normal curve "t"test. from the analysis of data on student achievement motivation enhancement before and after the unseeded group counseling, note that there are significant differences unseeded student achievement motivation before and after guidance from the group before the group guidance. The result shows the value of 4,823 t and 2,021 t table
