    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PELAKSANAAN AMBULASI DINI PADA PASIEN PASCA OPERASI FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH

    Early ambulation is part of the mobilization in nursing care of patients after lower extremity surgery. Early ambulation is recommended at 48 hours post surgery fracture according to the patient's condition and abilities. This study aims to determine the influence of pain, knowledge and family support for the implementation of early ambulation in space paradise II hospitals Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Desaign this study are correlational research study evaluating the relationship between variables data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. Number of samples in this study with purposive sampling method by the number of respondents 30 people. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between pain and the knowledge of the implementation of early ambulation with p> (0.05). based on the results of statistical tests to support the family there was no significant relationship between the implementation of early ambulation with p <(0.05). Based on the research results of this study can be used for educational institutions especially nursing, where nurses should give more support to families of patients in implementing early ambulation.
