Item IMPLEMENTATION GROUP INVESTIGATION COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE ATTITUDES AND SCIENTIFIC LEARNING COURSE BASIC MICROBIOLOGY(2014-01-29) Sayuti, IrdaHave done Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aims to improve the scientific attitude and learning outcomes Basic Microbiology with Cooperative Learning Model Study Group Instigation (GI) at Student Life Education Program III Semester, Academic Year 2012/2013 on the October 25 to November 29 2012. Number of students in this study were as many as 22 people out of 22 students (5 men and 17 women). Parameter study was the observation of group activities, scientific attitude, learning outcomes (student absorption and mastery learning students). score sheets investigation group in cycle I and II by category Amat Good. Scientific Attitude students every encounter with average 78.79 (both) at a meeting 1, 80.52 (both) at a meeting 2, 85.71 (very good) at a meeting 3, and 86.80 (very good) at a meeting 4. Further scientific attitude of students on each indicator curiosity 93.56 (very good), an indicator of cooperation 86.37 (very good), 87.56 (very good), indicator responsibility 85.61 (very good), the tolerance indicator 61, 59 (or less), confidence 88.33 (very good) and the precision indicator works 59.85 (or less). Student absorption cycle I mean post test 1 71.55 (enough), and the post-test 2 73.18 (enough) and the activities of daily tests I 83.68 (Good). While in the second cycle the average obtained at post-test 1 was 90.45 (very good), post-test 2, 61.68 (or less), and Deuteronomy 77.14 Daily II (good). Student mastery cycle I was 100% and the second cycle was 86, 36%. From the results of this study concluded that with the implementation of cooperative learning model type Group Investigation can improve scientific attitude and learning outcomes Basic Microbiology course in third semester students of the school year 2012 - 2013 FKIP biology education courses Riau UniversityItem KUALITAS AIR MINUM PADA DEPOT AIR MINUM ISI ULANG YANG BERADA DI KAWASAN UNIVERSITAS RIAU PEKANBARU(2014-01-29) Sayuti, Irda; Zulfarina; Suryadi, BambangPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas air minum pada depot isi ulang yang berada dikawasan Universitas Riau Pekanbaru. Tirta dan Arafah terdeteksi adanya mikrobaItem PENAMBAHAN EKSTRAK UBI JALAR UNGU (Ipomoea batatas var. Ayamurasaki) DAN SUSU SKIM TERHADAP ORGANOLEPTIK YOGHURT JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays L. Saccharata) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN INOKULUM Lactobacillus acidophilus DAN Bifidobacterium sp(2014-01-29) Sayuti, Irda; Wulandari, Sri; Sari, Dian KurniaThis research aims to know the effectiveness addition of purple sweet potatoes extract and skim milk to sweet corn yoghurt’s organoleptic by using Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium sp. The research held in Biological Laboratory of Educational Faculty and Chemical Laboratory Result of Fishery in Riau University. Research design have been used was factorial completed randomized design (RAL factorial) which consisted of two factor. First factor is the addition of purple sweet potatoes extract with concentration are 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and second factor is skim milk with concentration are 0%, 3%, 5%, 7%. Parameter of research is organoleptic which is consisted of texture, color, aroma and taste that’s been explained by descriptive. The best combination of purple sweet potatoes extract and skim milk is U10S5 with the addition of purple sweet potatoes extract 10% and skim milk 5%. The average of organoleptic result are 3,60 of texture, 4,05 of colour, 3,65 of aroma and 3,75 of taste. Whole average of U10S5 is 3,76 with by texture dense, colour young purple, aroma yoghurt and taste sourItem POTENTIAL UTILIZATION OF ALGAE Chlorella pyrenoidosa FOR RUBBER WASTE MANAGEMENT(2014-01-29) Zulfarina; Sayuti, Irda; Puri, Hesti TrianiThe research aim for examined the ability of algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa at various concentration to reduced contaminant of rubber waste. The research was conducted on December 2011 till February 2012 at Biology PMIPA laboratorium, Riau University. Completely Randomized Design was applied in this research, four concentration of algae 0%, 12.5%, 18.75%, and 25%, with 3 times repeated and observed of BOD, COD, TSS, pH, density of algae, oxygen level (DO), and CO2. Data were analyzed by ANAVA and DMRT at level 5%. The result indicated that algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa have potential to reduced contaminant of waste rubber, the best potential of alga to reduce contaminant of rubber waste was at 25 % concentration of algae.Item Skrining Bakteri Hidrokarbonoklastik Dalampeningkatan Degradasi Minyak Bumi Dari Gas Bootpetapahan, Riau(wahyu sari yeni, 2019-01-09) Sayuti, Irda; Siregar, Yusni Ikhwan; Amin, Bintal; Agustien, AnthoniThe research about Hydrocarbonoclaustic bacterial screening studies from the Gas boot area exploration Gathering Station (GS) of PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Petapahan Riau has done. The study aims to find hydrocarbonoclastic bacteria and test its ability to degrade petroleum. The research was carried out by the experimental method. The first step is isolating bacteria from the Gas boot. Isolation results obtained 4 bacterial isolates that were suspected as Hydrocarbonoclastic bacteria. The second stage is screening to prove the ability of these bacterial isolates to degrade petroleum. The screening method is done by growing bacterial isolates on 2% SMSS + petroleum media. The screening results showed 4 bacterial isolates were Hydrocarbonoclastic bacteria because it was known to be able to degrade petroleum hydrocarbons marked by a decrease in TPH and COD levels. The highest degradation rate of TPH and COD was shown by bacterial isolates IMB-03 with degradation rates of 39.23% TPH and 37.98% COD
