    EFFECT OF SUPERVISION, COMPETENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE SMAN 2 DUMAI

    The research was held at SMAN 2 Dumai in Puteri Tujuh Street aims to determine about Effect of supervision Competence, Education and Training either simultaneously or partially on performance teacher at SMAN 2 Dumai. The population in this study were all full-time teacher at SMAN 2 Dumai and total sample were 66 peoples. Analytical method used multiple regression method with SPSS version 19. Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that independent variables supervision Competence, Education and Training has significant influence but not on teacher performance. Magnitude of the effect from determination coeficient (R2) by three variables simultaneously on the dependent variable were 78.00% and 22.00% were influenced by other variables that not examined in this study. Results of research that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed the independent variables studied supervision Competence, Education and Training has significant effect on the dependent variable of teacher performance.
