Item The Relationship Between Family Support And Tuberculosis Drug’s Compliance In Pekanbaru(2016-01-13) Septia, Asra; Rahmalia, Siti; Sabrian, FebrianaTuberculosis until now is still a health problem in Indonesia and global. A cross sectional study was conducted determines the relationship between family support and tuberculosis drug’s compliance in Pekanbaru. A total of 58 patients were included in the study that admitted in the ward and came to the respiratory discipline clinic that consume anti tuberculosis drug more than three month. Data collection was done by family support and tuberculosis drug’s compliance questionnaire had been valid (0.96 and 0.79). The questioner had been test to 20 respondent in Petalabumi Hospital . The data was analyzed by chi square test. The result study showed that 74.14% had positive family support and 65.52% was compliance to consume drug for tuberculosis. However there was relationship between family support and tuberculosis drug’s compliance with p value 0.036. Compliance and family support are the great of Tuberculosis control. To improve Tuberculosis drug’s compliance need to understand non-compliance and need to adopt a very and comprehensive view of patient compliance
