    Budidaya Padi Sawah dengan Metode Sri di Desa Padang Mutung Kabupaten Kampar

    This study aims to generate growth and good production for varieties grown with SRI methods in the village of Padang Mutung Kampar regency. Research conducted in the village of Padang Mutung Kampar regency. This Research take place during five months from January to May 2011. The experiment was conducted using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatment of this research is Batang Gadis varieties are grown by conventional methods (VI) as a control, varieties of Inpari 6 Jete are grown with SRI methods (V2), Inpari 12 varieties are grown with SRI methods (V3) and Batang Gadis varieties grown by SRI method (V4). Data were analyzed using analysis of varience. To see the effect of treatment of control Dunnet test conducted at the level of 5%. Batang Gadis varieties grown with SRI methods of production of dry unhulled gained as much as 1035.33 g / plot (4.02 tonnes / ha) where the result is an increase of 19.05% compared with conventional methods Batang Gadis varieties.

    Meningkatkan Produksi Biosurfaktan Bakteri Bacillus Maceran Strain TS9-8 Dengan Perlakuan Faktor Lingkungan ( Ph, Suhu Dan Suplai Oksigen).

    Biosurfaktan merupakan salah satu produk bioremedisi untuk penangani pencemaran minyak bumi di perairan ataupun lahan yang ramah lingkungan. Peningkatan produksi akan memperbesar efisiensi pemulihan pencemaran sehingga pemulihan lingkungan dapat berjalan lebih cepat. Untuk peningkatan produksi biosurfaktan oleh bakteri Bacillus maceran Strain TS9-8 telah dilakukan kajian dengan percobaan foktorial terhadap proses permentasi selama 24 jam. Percobaan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga factor dan masing-masing tiga taraf untuk pH dan suhu, sedanagkan suplay oksigen satu taraf saja: (pH: 5,3 ; 6,8 ; 8,3 , Suhu 30oC ; 33,5oC; 37oC dan suplay oksigen 200 rpm). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji DNMRT 5% menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara suhu dan pH berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap produksi biosurfaktan dimana taraf pH 8,3 dengan suhu 30oC memberikan hasil yang paling tinggi. Sebaliknya interaksi yang sama memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap penurunan pertumbuhan bakteri Bacillus maceran Strain ST9-8.
