    PENGGUNAAN MEDIA MICROSOFT OFFICE POWERPOINT MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII2 SMPN 32 PEKANBARU Verawati Turanda*, Rosmaini S , Darmadi Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Jurusan PMIPA Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Riau *Korespondensi : Email vhe_cool11@yahoo.com ABSTRAK We are already doing action research (PTK), one that intent to increase activity and student studying result by use of media powerpoint passes through cooperative learning model STAD'S type on student class VII2 SMPN 32 Pekanbaru by totals students as much 36 person( 19 males and 17 females). Parameter in observational it is yielding learned (absorbing power and student studying thoroughness), agglomerate appreciation, with supporting parameter (student activity and teacher activity). Observational result on cycle I to point out that student absorbing power average is 74,85% ( adequately) experiencing stepup on cycle II as 82,08% (well), learned thoroughness on I cycle which is 91,66% (tremendously good) on cycle II as 100% (tremendously good), agglomerate appreciation on I cycle that gets predikat super consisting of 2 groups whereas on cycle II available 4 group gets predikat super, averagely student activity on I cycle is 71,16% (adequately) worked up on cycle II as 85,75% (well), on I cycle average activity learns 81,81% (well) experiencing step-up on cylce II as 100% (tremendously good). Of yielding observational get to be concluded that powerpoint's media purpose pass through cooperative learning model type STAD can increase activity and studying result student class VII2 SMPN 32 Pekanbaru.
