Item ANALISIS EFEKTIFITAS ZONA SELAMAT SEKOLAH (ZoSS) DI SEKOLAH DASAR KOTA PEKANBARU(2013-02-11) Wahyuni, Sri; Alwinda YosiMany schools in a large city located on the edge of the highway, with many vehicles are driving at high speed. In these circumstances it is very dangerous for school children. In response, the government implemented a program like Safety School Zone to anticipate the movement of school children who are spontaneous and unpredictable and trigger traffic accidents. The approach taken with analyze the effectiveness ZoSS, by the research at five public elementary school in Pekanbaru ZoSS already installed. The analysis was done by observing pedestrian behavior, the behavior of the introduction, the speed of a passing vehicle in ZoSS, the volume of vehicles, and the condition of complete facilities ZoSS then analyzed with reference to the guidelines issued by Safety School Zone General Directorate of Land Transportation Decree No. 3236/AJ403/DRJD/2006 and MKJI 1997. The results showed that the complete facilities ZoSS with vary in dimension, signs, and markings, some facilities are installed ZoSS different guidelines. The instantaneous speed, average speed and location of vehicles before ZoSS relatively lower speed, but larger than the maximum speed limit (20 km/h) which allowed the average speed in ZoSS for motorcycles is 32,19 km/h and light vehicles is 26,74 km/h, so it has not been effective. For the characteristics of pedestrian behavior on average 64,57% of the students had positive attitude and behavior of 78,78% introductory students have positive attitude, but it is not effective because there are not positive or do not behave in accordance with the guidelines ZoSS. For questionnaires on average 65,14% of respondents said mounting ZoSS less effective. For the level of service is still steady flow category (V/C <0,75), and below the threshold set MKJI 1997 (V/C <0,8).Item Analisis Kualitas Soal Multiple-Choice Pada Mata Ajar Keperawatan Jiwa Di Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Riau(2015-08-08) Elita, Veny; Novayelinda, Riri; Wahyuni, SriPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran level kognitif, tingkat kesukaran, nilai diskriminasi dan soal pengecoh pada item soal multiple choice pada mata kuliah keperawatan jiwa di Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling untuk pemilihan soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis soal multiple choice pada mata kuliah keperawatan jiwa terbanyak berada pada domain kognitif C3 (penerapan) dengan tingkat kesukaran soal berada pada tingkat sedang. Sedangkan nilai diskriminasi terbanyak berada pada tingkatan cukup. Untuk pilihan jawaban (soal pengecoh) rata-rata setiap soal memiliki minimal satu jenis pilihan jelek. Berdasarkan penelitian disarankan bagi dosen pengampu mata kuliah keperawatan untuk melakukan analisis soal ujian yang telah diujikan dan bagi institusi pendidikan keperawatan untuk mengadakan pelatihan tentang cara pembuatan soal bagi dosen sehingga diperoleh soal yang berkualitas dan benar-benar mengukur kemampuan mahasiswa sesuai dengan standar kompetensi yang diharapkanItem Efektifitas Pendidikan Kesehatan Terhadap Perubahan Tingkat Pengetahuan Remaja Tentang Bahaya Rokok Di Smp Negeri 24 Pekanbaru(2015-08-10) Mulia, Putra; Wahyuni, SriPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perubahan tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya rokok di SMP Negeri 24 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain “Quasi eksperiment” dengan rancangan penelitian “Non-Equivalent Control Group ”. Jumlah populasi adalah 293 orang dan sampel 169 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dengan memperhatikan kriteria inklusi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah lembar evaluasi Roberta Straessle Abruzzese (RSA) Evaluation Model yang telah dimodifikasi peneliti untuk variabel pendidikan kesehatan dan kuesioner dengan 15 pertanyaan untuk variabel pengetahuan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi, dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji T dependen (paired sample test). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya rokok dengan derajat kemaknaan P<0,05, yaitu 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut saran untuk tenaga kesehatan agar dapat mengadakan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja.Item Kemampuan Berpidato Siswa Kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Bagan Sinembah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir(2013-06-03) Wahyuni, SriThe data in this research were obtained from the students' skills in speech directly in front of the class XII SMA Negeri 2 Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir. The method that used in this research is descriptive method, the method used to explain the data obtained in the research as it is. This research technique is using observation and assessment techniques is directly in the speech of students.The results of this research description of are: (1) accuracy of pronunciation, (2) the accuracy of intonation, (3) accuracy of tone, and (4) the right attitude in the speech. The purpose of this research was to describe the ability of speech grade XII students of SMA Negeri 2 Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir, in the aspect of using accuracy of pronunciation, intonation, tone, and the right attitude in the speech. The subject of this research population was 83 students and 83 students study sample was also used as the total sample. The results of this study indicate that (1) the ability of pronunciation accuracy aspects are in the middle level, (2) ability to be at the highest level of intonation precision, (3) ability in the accuracy of the tone is in the middle level, and (4) the ability of the precision attitude are at the lowest level.Item MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS IN ADOLESCENTS(Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Riau, 2020-11) Jumaini, Jumaini; Wahyuni, Sri; Nauli, Fathra AnnisThis study aims to describe mental and emotional problems in junior high school (SMP) students. Method: This research design is descriptive. Respondents in this study were 182 junior high school students (SMPN 18) in Pekanbaru. Data were collected using the Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and the Self-Injury Scale. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis. Result: A number of 135 respondents (74.2%) showed a normal emotional mentality. On the other hand, 32 students (17.6%) had a borderline disorder, and the other 15 students (8.2%) were abnormal. Furthermore, respondents with self-injurious behavior were 36 students (19.7%), one student (0.05%) had ever attempted suicide, 28 students (15.3%) had suicidal ideation, and none of the students made suicide threats. Conclusions: Identifying mental and emotional problems in adolescents is an important thing so that if a problem occurs, it can be treated quicklyItem MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM RESOLUTION MODEL ON COLLEGE STUDENTS: A LITERATURE REVIEW(FACULTY OF NURSING UNIVERSITAS RIAU, 2020-11-04) Nauli, Fathra Annis; Dewi, Yulia Irvani; Wahyuni, Sri; Zukhra, Ririn MuthiaThe aim of this study is to examine the literature, articles and research documents identifying models for solving mental health problems that occur in college students. Method: A literature review searched five electronic databases (Scopus, PubMed Science Direct, CINAHL and Springer Link) using the keywords Completion Model, Mental Health Problem Student AND Recovery Model Anxiety, and College Student Depression. The inclusion criteria for articles are publishing period (2016-2020), can be fully access (full text), and original articles. Result: Based on the 14 articles reviewed, it was found that 13 (92.86%) using the student mental health problem solving model were carried out online through the web (57.14%) and (28.58%) online-based therapy and 1 research article used an offline model with counseling method. Conclusion: Based on the results of the articles, it was stated that the model for solving mental health problems in college students can be done by online methods, through the web and therapeutic interventions and offline methods with counseling.Item PELAKSANAAN PENGAWASAN LAHAN DALAM MENCEGAH KEBAKARAN LAHAN DI KABUPATEN SIAK.(2013-06-29) Wahyuni, Sriimplementation of land control in preventing fires in Siak regency. Asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan terhadap pasien harga diri rendah adalah pengkajian terhadap psikodinamika terjadinya gangguan jiwa, perencanaan dan tindakan keperawatan generalis terhadap pasien secara individu berdasarkan standar asuhan keperawatan dan secara kelompok yaitu Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok (TAK). Tindakan generalis terhadap keluarga adalah pendidikan kesehatan. Tindakan spesialis yang dilakukan untuk individu adalah terapi kognitif, untuk kelompok logoterapi, dan untuk keluarga dilakukan terapi keluarga triangle. Hasil karya tulis ilmiah ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan secara bermakna (p>0,05) terhadap kemampuan pasien harga diri rendah setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan.Hasil karya tulis ilmiah ini merekomendasikan untuk mengaplikasikan asuhan keperawatan dimulai dari tindakan generalis sampai tindakan spesialis untuk meningkatkan harga diri pasien.Item Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Vb SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru(2013-05-20) Wahyuni, SriThe background of this research is the lack of learning result of science’s students with 69,8% of class average which have KKM as much 76 for science’s learning. From 40 student only 15 student avhieve KKM and 25 student can not achieve KKM. To solve this problem, one of learning model in crease learning result of science’s students is by using quided inguiry learning model that emphasizes on critical and analytical thinking process to seek and find their own answer award a problem raised. The purpose of this research is to increase learning result of science’s student in Vb class of SDN 161 Pekanbaru. By the research question : Does the application of quided inquiry learning model can increase learning result of science’s student in Vb SDN 161 Pekanbaru. This minor thesis presents student’s learning result which is gained from UH I cycle I, UH II cycle II and UH III cycle III. In cycle I, the average value of student’s learning result is 75,1. In cycle II, the average value of student’s learning result is 83 ang in cycle II and in cycle III the average value of student’s learning result is 92,7. So, the improvement of average value from cycle I to cycle II is 10,52% and the improvement of average value from cycle II to cycle III is 11,69%. The result of data analysis from student learning activitas in class Vb of SDN 161 Pekanbaru by using inquiri learning on cycle I by average 68,95% on enough category. The cycle II by average 80,36% on good category and the cycle III by average 94,65% on excellent category. While, teacher’s activity in fostering the learning process on cycle I by average 75,83% on good caregory, the cycle II by average 83,75% on excellent category and tehe cycle III by average 95% by excellent category. The research result in SDN 161 Pekanbaru shows that the application of guided inquiry learning model can increase the learning result of science’s students in Vb class of SDN 161 PekanbaruItem Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru(2013-07-16) Wahyuni, Sri; NurulThe background of this research is study result of mathematic students in the class V SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru still relatively low. Low is study result of mathematic students caused by students poor understanding of the material that has be delivered. In cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together stressed the importance of students real context is know and process of knowledge construction of mathematic by students them selves and students received more meaningful. This research is a classroom action research with research subjects students class V SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru TP 2012/2013. Purpose of this research is to improve study result of mathematic the students in the class V SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru. Data in the research is quantitative data obtained from test of knowledge and students understanding through daily test, data on the activities teachers and students. The result of this study showed that the average percentage of teacher activity increased at each meeting. At the first meeting of the cycle I percentage of all teacher of 72,91%, at the second meeting of the cycle I increased of 4,17% become 77,08%, at the first meeting cycle II increased of 8,33% become 85,41%, at the second meeting of the cycle II increased of 2,09% become 87,5%, at the first meeting of the cycle III increased of 6,25% become 93,75% and at the second meeting of the cycle III increased of 4,16% become 97,91%. While the student activity also increased each meeting. At the first meeting of the cycle I percentage student activity of 70,83%, at the second meeting of the cycle I increased of 2,08% become 72,91 %, at the first meeting of the cycle II increased of 4,17% become 77,08%, at the second meeting of the cycle II increased of 2,08% become 79,16%, at the firs meetin g of the cycle III increased of 10,42% become 89,58% and at the second meeting of the cycle III increased of 6,25% become 95,83%. Average student learning outcomes in basic score is 66,30 and become increased of 77,12 the cycle I, increased again in cycle II become 80,25 and increased again in cycle III become 85,50. Overall improvement of the basic score to the daily test is equal 19,20 (28,95 %). Where as individual mastery in cycle I to reaches 75%, then the cycle II to reach 85% and at cycle III to reach 90%. This proves that the application of cooperative learning model numbered heads together to improve study result of mathematic the student in the class V SD Negeri 161 PekanbaruItem Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Fiksi Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 004 Teluk Merbau Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir(2013-04-29) Wahyuni, SriThe research objective is to increase the activity of students in classroom learning Indonesian Merbau Gulf SDN 004 using learning model Think Pair Share (TPS). The research was motivated by the low ability students in learning writing seen from the results of students 'learning, students' writing skills do not meet the achievement standards in the assessment stage set or under KKM. Based on existing problems can be formulated problem how to increase students 'writing skills by using a learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve students' writing class V SDN 004 Merbau bay. Population and the sample were students of class V Merbau Gulf SDN Academic Year 2012-2013 the number of students by 20 students. Data retrieval research by using post tests and documentation. Author gives the results of the percentage figures in each cycle, the results of activities for teachers in the first cycle by 60% the first meeting and the second meeting by 70%, then at the third meeting of Cycle II by 75% and 80% at the fourth meeting. Then for student activity can be obtained in each cycle is the first cycle of 60% the first meeting and the second meeting by 70%, then at the third meeting of Cycle II by 75% and 80% at the fourth meeting. As for the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle by 60% the first meeting and the second meeting by 70%, then at the third meeting of Cycle II by 75% and 80% at the fourth meeting. Data were also taken using the observation sheet student and teacher observation sheet. Based on these results it is concluded from the analysis of the action by using cooperative learning model think pair share can increase the ability to write fiction in the learning process. This can be seen with the learning outcomes that serve as the benchmark for the ability to write fiction fifth grade students of SDN 004 Merbau Bay.Item Penerapan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching And Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas II SDN 008 Sungai Jalau(2013-08-27) Wahyuni, SriThis study aims to determine the implementation of CTL approach in improving student learning outcomes IPS SD N 008 Class II Sungai Jalau. This study was conducted in class II SDN 008 Sungai Jalau in Academic Year 2012-2013. This research is a form of action research. The research instrument consists of learning tools and teacher observation sheet activities and activities of students during the learning process. To determine the increase IPS student learning outcomes do daily tests every completion of one cycle. Based on the results of early research that has been carried out through two cycles, the first cycle is known that the social studies students with an average class of 70. After the improvement in the second cycle then increased by an average of 80.1. KKM for social studies class II in SDN 008 Sungai Jalau was once students get 65. From these data suggest that the hypothesis if the CTL approach applied approach to improve learning outcomes of students social studies class II SDN 008 Sungai Jalau. This means that if applied correctly CTL approach in the social studies learning can improve student learning outcomes.Item Pengembangan Alat Percobaan Listrik Magnet IPA Fisika SMP(2013-07-03) Wahyuni, SriThe aim of this study was to develop the instrument to make magnet by electromagnetic and to determine the Lorentz force in teaching and learning process of science at junior high school. Type of research is R & D (research and development). The development of this experiment includes the study of introduction, literature study, planning, development, validity and practicalities. The instrument that was developed is the instrument and the manual user. Based on the description of the data, is was obtained that the validation of the instrument is 84% and the manual user has 82,2% validation while the validation of the construction is 81,3% with the excellent category. The data that was obtained from the practical experiment showed the excellent level with the level of the percentage is 89% and the manual user is 82%, so that this instrument is recommended to use in teaching and learning process at Junior High School.Item Peningkatan Kesehatan Keluarga Melalui Intervensi Keperawatan di Keluarga(2013-04-17) Jumaini; Agrina; Zulfitri, Reni; Elita, Veny; Wahyuni, SriTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan suku budaya dengan pola komunikasi keluarga di wilayah pesisir di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rumbai Pekanbaru. Desain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 450orang yang memenuhi criteria inklusi . Analisa data pada penelitian ini bersufat univariat dan bivariat( uji chi-square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara suku budaya dengan pola komunikasi dalam keluarga (pvalue>0.05). Perlu dikembangkan penelitian pengaruh komponen-komponen yang ada dalam budaya dikaitkan dengan pelaksanaan komunikasi dalam keluarga fungsi efektif keluarga dapat tercapai.Item PUBLIC PERCEPTION OF THE VALUE OF LOCAL WISDOM OF THE TRADITION OF THE VILLAGE THE LEFT KAMPAR(Jurnal PPKN dan Hukum, 2019-04-01) Wahyuni, Sri; Hambali, Hambali; Arianto, JumiliThis research aims to determine the implementation of the local customs prohibitions in the village of rice fields Kampar left and for know how the public’s perception of the value of local wisdom of the tradition of the village the left Kampar. Respondents in this study were 50 people using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection techniques that are done are observation, polls, and interviews. This from of research is a qualitative descriptive. The method of study used is the mix method. thismet hod is done by collecting data and analysis of qualitative data at a later stage to reinforce the research results. Based on the results of the research conducted on the public perception of local wisdom in the village of rice field prohibition in the left Kampar district, it can be concluded that the overall data on public perception about local wisdom under the prohibition of many states that the tradition of a ban is very good prohibition of 86,14%. Based on the results of the research and analysis of data, the researchers give recommendations to the community of rice fields should be more concerned about the tradition of a prohibition in kampar, especially in the village of rice field Kampar left district.Item The Service of Sewing Skill Activities at Rumah Singgah Aditya Karya Bagansiapiapi, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.(2013-07-27) Wahyuni, SriThe resert objective is to understand the service conducted to the children at Rumah Singgah Aditya Karya Bagansiapiapi. The program is dealing wiyh sewing skill. The type of the research is naturalistically descriptive by using qualitative approach. The information resources are 4 people, chairman and 2 tutors. The primary technique in collecting data is interview. Therefore, the researcher prepare the guideline of question before going down to the research location. The analytic technique used is ethnography and reporting. The result shows that the services gave to the children at the Rumah Singgah is dealing with sewing skill program. The sewing skill given to the children are dealing with planning of preparation. The activities are: preparing the children to have sewing knowledge, preparing the student to understand the means of sewing, cloth and others. The next service is about applying the program. The service conducted are: how to take the measurement of dress, drawing the basic type of dress, cutting the cloth based on the measurement taken.The children learn to drive the sewing machine and saw the dress step by step. The last service conducted is to give the children the knowledge of how to avaluate their sewing activity and product. The activities are including to evaluate the product of their sewing activities, to analyze the means of sewing , to correct all of their basic type of dress based on the measurement taken. Last but least, the children have to check their quality of their product and activities.Item Transitional Care In Schizophrenia: A Concept Analysis(2015-06-19) Wahyuni, SriLittle is known about the transitional care for patients with mental illness, particularly schizophrenia. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the concept of transitional care which is applied to schizophrenia patients. Walker and Avant’s concept analysis were used to analyze the concept of transition care in schizophrenia patient. Data were collected from a review of Web of Knowledge, Pub Med, CINAHL, Cohcrane, and Google scholar databases using “transitional care”, “transitional care in schizophrenia”, “transitional care in mental illness” , and “transitional care in psychiatric” as keywords. Articles written in the English language, with an abstract, published between 1998 and 2012 were considered. The search yielded 8 articles. Data were synthesized to identify attributes, antecedents and consequences of transitional care. The transitional care described as a smooth process moving patient from one level of care to another and involved the health care providers in each of the levels. The defining attributes of transitional care separate in period in hospital and post hospitalization. The primary antecedent of transitional care is readmission, which is caused by psychotic symptom and inadequate planning of the patient’s discharge. Consequences of transitional care include decreasing the length of stay and reducing the readmission, improving quality of care and satisfaction with health care providers. The empirical referent of the concept is the Care Transitions Measure (CTM). Providing explanation about transitional care in schizophrenia will allow completion in the delivery of transitional care for schizophrenia people in hospital. These findings are useful for nursing intervention program, research, and making policy.
