    PENGARUH PERHATIAN, RELEVANSI, KEPERCAYAAN DIRI, DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI JURUSAN MANAJEMEN UNIVERSITAS RIAU DI PEKANBARU

    This study aims to determine how the effect of attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction with the motivation to learn economic faculty student majoring in Management University of Riau, Pekanbaru. This study used accidental sampling method then selected 95 people sampled. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis of partial and simultan (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0). From the results of testing that has been done, the simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on learning motivation variable. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable interest has the most significant effect on the variable motivation. The magnitude of the effect caused (R2) by four variables together on the dependent variable is 50.8% and the remaining of 40.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
