ABSTRACT Results of identification problems show that students who take ekskulikuler football in high school Cendana Pekanbaru not have the agility nice. This is due to the lack of exercise that leads to the physical condition of the. Therefore this study aimed to compare the significant effect between drills Bag Drill and practice Zig - zag run towards agility in student extracurricular high school Cendana Pekanbaru. This research is experimental. The research was conducted on student extracurricular football SMA Cendana Pekanbaru. Data were obtained and collected through the initial test and final test before and after exercise Bag Drill and practice Zig - Zag Run. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results of t test analysis group A produces tcount 13.89 and Group B produce tcount of 10.89 with ttabel 1.833 at significant level of 0.05, while group A and group B produces t of 2.99 ttable 1.734 at significant level 0, 05. Means t> t table so that the third hypothesis is accepted. This gives the conclusion that there is a significant difference between the exercise bag drills and exercises zig-zag run towards agility in student extracurricular high school Cendan Pekanbaru. Then the average increase, workout bag drill more influential significant towards agility
